Great location however room was dirty. When we first checked in there was a few fruit flies in the bathroom and a small food stain on the curtain. Decided to let it go since we were rushing out, however the second night there was a cockroach on the bed. The staff came and got rid of the cockroach, however when asked if we could change rooms they just said we can’t even though I mentioned to the staff that I’m allergic to cockroaches. We just hadto let it go since it was our last night there. When checking out, I had to bring up this incident to the staff, indicating that this incident was not reported at all.Really disappointed with the stay due to this incident.

I genuinely have no words to thank this amazing hotel enough especially Becky who works at reception of the hotel. I had a terrible accident whilst on holiday and had to get home earlier. Becky was incredibly understanding, provided me with ice for my injury and was kind enough to refund me for the remainder of my stay that I needed to cancel. This was so generous. I was sad to leave because the hotel itself is beautiful. You get lovely luxuries for a great price. Location was absolutely amazing as well. The service of the hotel staff whilst I was there was just impeccable. My favourite being the fact they kindly deliver uber eats up to your room which being injured was just amazing for me. I will 1000% be back to stay here on my next visit to Sydney one day. Thank you again Becky and the little national hotel!

I really enjoyed the small touches at LN. The sleep tight T2 tea waiting on the bed and the complimentary espresso martini really made a weekend stay feel a little fancy. The gym was really great as well, nice open space with lots of equipment for a little workout. The lounge bar and outdoor area were great to relax in. There was even some live music on Friday night. It was a great space for both summer and winter with the indoor fires and green space outside. The bed was super comfy and the blackout blinds worked a treat. I wasn’t sure what it would be like in terms of sound coming in from the street as I’m a light sleeper and I was on level 2 but thankfully not much noise was heard from the room and I had a great sleep. The bathroom was clean and well presented. All the staff were great during my stay and made it feel like a really friendly place. My first experience with the staff was actually on a previous trip I had to cancel last minute due to family stuff. The staff were really kind and helpful and gave me a full refund even though I knew it was a non-refundable room and had expected to still have to pay. They didn’t have to do that but I really appreciated it. So now having rebooked and stayed there I can say the staff are super friendly both over message and in person at the hotel. Having lived in sydney before I also loved the location of the hotel. Close to restaurants and bars and the train station so it’s easy to get around.

Very convenient location right next door to Wynyard Station. The rooms are exceptionally clean with really nice high end furnishings and lighting, it was very comfortable. The rooftop library/bar was scenic and a lovely way to spend some free time. There is no dine in but they provide very clear instructions for getting food delivered which was a very smooth process.

We had an amazing stay at Little National. The rooms were elegant and relaxing. Someone is paying attention to detail and to what consumers want. The kiosk check-in and check-out process was seamless and just made sense. Loved the room and how the technology was artfully woven in. The bed was cozy, and the pillows were perfect. When we return to Sydney, we will book this hotel.

I recently spent two weeks at LN Sydney and genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the experience. There is a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel, with a team that clearly takes great pride in what they do and in maintaining exceptionally high standards. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness. The property is immaculately maintained, the facilities are first-class, and the beds are among the most comfortable I have experienced. Despite its central location, the rooms are remarkably quiet and well soundproofed, ensuring a restful stay. Quite simply, I would rate the hotel 10/10. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of breakfast facilities on site. A special mention must go to Gladys, the Duty Manager (& friendliest person on earth), and Sandy, the General Manager. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and personal touch made an already excellent stay even more memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Great affordable hotel. If like us you don't need lots of space and just want a big bed then this hotel is perfect. It's clean and everything functions very well and it is very reasonably priced. The bed was a little soft for me but that's my opinion but it's huge! The location is fantastic and the main reason we chose this hotel. The roof terrace is not lively but a nice place before you head out for your evening and we got a free martini each 😊. The beer is better though. The shower gel and shampoo smells amazing!

Overall great hotel. Gym, Cofee, water at disposal. Beautiful terrace too. Very cozy. Staff Is great. Rooms are small, but fine. The bad rate? The bed Is One of the worst bed i have Ever slept. Soft, squishy, uncomfortable, sink under the Wright (80 kg me, 55 kg my wife). Soggy. Awkward. We told the staff, they try to rotate the bed but really nothing changed. Unfortunately they also have not a harder topper to put. Please change your Beds: your hotel Is great apart from this
