Thanks so much for the kind words. Looking after you is what we love to do, and it’s always a treat to hear we’ve made your stay. Our door’s always open, so step on through to extraordinary again soon, won’t you?

Hi May, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our location and in-room facilities, but we’re sorry the noise issues and room move impacted your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your comments with our team as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thomas Hotel Manager

For meals, the neighborhood does the work. Icebergs Dining Room & Bar serves regional Italian with a beach view, and Bondi Trattoria offers wood-fired pizza. For casual bites, Fishbowl has poke bowls to go, and Panama House café sits off the atrium. The hotel's own bar is handy for drinks. Hall Street, a minute or two north, has more cafés and shops, and a Woolworths supermarket is below in the Pacific building for self-catering.
QT Bondi sits right across from Bondi Beach, so the sand and promenade are literally on your doorstep. Hall Street, a minute or two north, is lined with cafés and shops, and the Bondi-to-Coogee coastal walk begins at the beach's south end. The hotel's own bar offers a spot for a drink, and nearby you'll find Icebergs Dining Room & Bar, Bondi Trattoria, Fishbowl, and Panama House café. The area feels lively and beach-focused, with the ocean pool at the south headland adding to the scene. For city sights like the Opera House or Royal Botanic Garden, you're about 6 km away, so plan a short trip.
From Sydney Airport, take the train to Bondi Junction Station, then a short bus or taxi to the beachfront; the whole trip takes about 30 to 40 minutes with a change at Central. A direct taxi or rideshare from the airport is roughly 25 to 35 minutes. If arriving at Bondi Junction Station, buses 333 or 380 reach Bondi Beach in about 15 minutes. The hotel is on Beach Road, directly across from the beach, so you can walk from the bus stop.
In the evening, start at the hotel's own bar for a drink before heading out. Bondi Beach and the promenade are directly across the road, perfect for a stroll. The Bondi-to-Coogee coastal walk begins at the south end of the beach, offering a scenic evening route. For dining, Icebergs Dining Room & Bar and Bondi Trattoria are nearby, along with Bondi Beach Public Bar on Campbell Parade. Hall Street's cafés and shops are a minute or two north for a relaxed wander.
QT Bondi is a great base for beach life, with Bondi Beach and the promenade directly across the road and the Bondi-to-Coogee coastal walk starting at the south end. For Sydney's famous sights, you'll need to travel: Mrs Macquarie's Chair is 5.9 km away, the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney 6.1 km, Hyde Park 6.2 km, Sydney Tower Eye 6.5 km, Sydney Opera House 6.6 km, Chinatown 6.7 km, and Darling Harbour and SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium 7.1 km. A bus to Bondi Junction Station, then a train, gets you into the city center in about 30-45 minutes. So, it's ideal for a coastal stay, with easy transit connections for exploring further.
