The view from the room is outstanding, the window is so big and there’s coffee table and pillow chair for sitting next to window. Because its winter, the view was amazing. I can see Takayama morning market from my window. Room is small, i got bunk bed. They provided bed with warmer blanket, very helpfull at winter. This is only room hotel, no private bathroom and toilet inside room. Toilet is at every floor, but bathroom is only at first floor. Kitchen is well equipment. Location is great, you can walk to old town, market, station, terminal.

The room is really nice, all is clean, staff is helpfull. The location is pretty close to everything. The only sad point is that for couple, you don't sleep together but you know about it beforehand.

This hostel was excellent. Everything was super clean and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The space is very organised and has a calm, quiet atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, close to everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Check in service was smooth, all online and over zoom calls which was different. The French lady working the online reception was friendly and very helpful giving us recommendations. The rooms are so awesome and affordable.

Really pretty, and room is really nice, however the check in was a bit strange as it was over zoom call. The French lady working the online reception was very helpful and friendly.

We spent a night in a family room with river views. It could not be better . Tatami floors in a Japanese building pretty well preserved
