This place has great potential. It is a complex of villas offering useful services such as bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket for guests, as well as a swimming pool. However, be aware that the pool is often full of children splashing around, so it is not ideal for people looking for a relaxing experience. We usually enjoy spending a couple of hours at the pool after the beach, but here that was not really possible. It is also conveniently located near the train to Barrel Beach, and tickets for the train are provided, which makes access very easy. However, from my experience, the quality of the accommodations is extremely inconsistent. Some units should honestly be removed from the rental pool, as they do not meet even the most basic standards, regardless of the location. We were assigned a unit that was supposed to include a terrace, which was not there. The accommodation felt damp, poorly maintained, and generally uninviting, both inside and outside. Cleaning services were provided, but basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and coffee were never replenished. Overall, we felt like second-class guests. If you pay less than €1,040 for 3 nights in early July, you are likely to be assigned a cramped, damp accommodation at the edge of the resort. While the resort’s location, some other villas and the concept are strong, I would strongly advise avoiding the cheaper units, as the quality difference is significant and, in some cases, unacceptable.

Depending upon how many people or your choices, the villas or apartments can vary. Ideal location. Something for everyone. Group activities every day, your choice. Yoga, keep fit, bingo, language arts etc Including pass for the train ride to Baril beach. Grounds kept updated. Quiet away from the large clean outdoor swimming pool. Supermarket store has everything but overpriced. Local bus service to Tavira. Two restaurants. It really lives up to their motto, Feel free to relax

It's ok for a few nights. I stayed in a 'traditional' styled apartment. Some rooms are dark and musty. Ants are everywhere even if you don't leave any food in your room.The territory is huge with a swimming pool, gardens, cafes and a small supermarket. You can get a free tourist train card for 20 euro deposit.

Really underrated hotel! Super cozy little houses for any amount of guests. The best in the area! Must book at least 2-4 months in advance, always fully booked. Pet friendly

I found the hotel and its staff first class. The hotel was set in beautiful grounds with an abundance of trees and flowers. My room were cleaned on a regular basis and was in pristine condition, it had a spacious balcony and cooking facilities; there was also a mini supermarket on-site.|I liked the location of the hotel which was within walking distance of a beautiful beach and quaint fishing village with seafront restraunts.|The hotel staff were warm and friendly, they were only too happy to assist with anything I needed. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely be back at some point. 🥰 |Thank you for helping to make my holiday so enjoyable.

Imagine lines of ants crawling on the tables, night stands, dead bodies on ants on the bed and on the blankets in the wardrobes, sewage back-flush smell in the bathroom. Every corner we look, the worst it gets. After switching 2 units (all 3 have similar issues with ants, dead ants), we gave up and covered ourselves with our own towels for the night. There's huge problems with staffing and maintenance of this place. I cannot comment on units managed by individual owners, but the units managed by the "hotel" have huge issues. Visit: May 2023

So close to the sea. It's an oasis - I enjoy particularly the salt marsh riparian area and the clean/fresh-temperature sea. The terrace is big enough to enjoy the sunset-outdoor dinning. Onsite supermarket is convenient to many.
