Be careful when choosing this hotel. The room price is overpriced by 10–12 times. Most hostels in Tel Aviv are of a higher standard than this "hotel". There is no reception to speak of. Suspicious individuals hanging around the entrance. No elevator. No soundproofing. The rooms are very old, poorly cleaned, with peeling paint and plaster on the ceiling and walls. One wall was covered by a thick curtain—and rightly so, because behind it was a wall and windows in appalling condition. If you have the option to choose another place to stay, do so without hesitation!

One of the biggest disappointments! The room was FILTHY and the lighting poor. No floor mat, door gets stuck, peeling paint, spooky entrance, shady patrons, garbage left in the hallway. Cats enjoyed. Location great, but that's about it. Needs to be razed and rebuilt. Not worth the low price we spent. Even inexpensive should have some pride!

The lobby of the hotel is terrible. I have never seen a fire in my life. The rooms are big, but the bedclothes are very dirty. They are clogged and black. Serious investment is needed here to make the hotel look like anything. The only good thing is that it is in a phenomenal location

The rooms are disgusting with broken furniture and the mini fridge has never been cleaned. Sheets had holes in them. But the worst part was the scam they’re running with the breakfast vouchers - they offer a breakfast voucher for 90 shekels each to get breakfast at La Mer across the street. We got the vouchers only to discover that the most expensive breakfast item was only 79 shekels. When we confronted reception about it Artur started getting aggressive and yelling that it’s “how business is done” and that he’s “providing a service.” I asked what service he’s providing and he said it’s that he “tells people where the restaurant is” - when it’s literally across the street and people could find it themselves. He was not apologetic at all and then started asking where we were from and that maybe that’s not how things are done there but it’s how things are done in Tel Aviv. Overall would not recommend this place due to this interaction and the breakfast voucher scam they’re running. They did refund us at least but it shouldn’t have happened to begin with.

An absolutely terrible place. Rooms are dirty, the shower has mold in it and seems not to be properly cleaned in a long time. You basically need to bash your way through the door to get in. When we got in the room there was still food from another guest in the fridge which is there since who knows. They probably gave us a room that someone was sleeping in until very recently and they just lazily rearranged it. Official photos at booking.com are very impressive but in reality the hotel looks shabby and far from what is promised. Extremely disappointed from this place. Avoid at ALL costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID|Worst hotel I have ever stayed in !!!!!!!!! The photos are about 20 years old, it looks nothing like this. The rooms are sooo dirty and dusty and gross. I wish I had taken photos because some parts of the room are unbelievably bad. There's a lot of noise from the street. I arrived on the day that Israel attacked Iran and the country went into an emergency state. At reception they had not even told me where the nearest bomb shelter was - this is totally crazy during wartime. A missile siren went off at 1.30am and I was terrified! There was no one at reception to ask where to go. I sent them a whatsapp and they lazily sent me a photo of the bomb shelter outside and told me to go and find it. They are so lazy and rude and do not care at all about your safety. I checked out the next day instead of staying the four nights I had paid for. I asked if I could have a refund and they acted like they would. They have since refused to give a refund and I have spent ages arguing with booking.com over it. They are disgusting people!

The only good thing about this place is the location. A lot of shady people in this building, rooms are very dirty, and I found 2 big roaches, one inside the closet, and one near the toilet. Customer service is the worst I've ever had! They don't care about you, only your money.

Warning! It was so bad we left after the first night, smelly, dirty, no one to speak with, absolutely disgusting. The reception is at another hotel that takes no responsibility. It’s better to sleep on the beach than to stay at those “hotel”
