Hotel very well located with a very nice view on the beach and the sea. It was very expensive however (almost 300€/night). The rooms were nice and comfy even if floor carpets and curtains needs maintenance … The service at the welcoming desk could be improved (not even able to book a taxi…). Regarding the pool, we haven’t been convinced as it was only open between 9am and 5 pm, so no access possible for people busy during working hours… Overall, the hotel was nice but clearly overpriced for the quality of service.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. The Deluxe and Executive rooms have been beautifully renovated, with an elegant, modern design and pleasant colors. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. As a Diamond member, I appreciated the recognition of my status and the room upgrade. The lounge is very nice, offering a wide selection of refreshments, and its terrace is a real highlight — it makes you feel as if you are sitting right on the beach overlooking the Mediterranean. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is heated during the winter — something that is not very common in Tel Aviv — as well as a small but well-equipped and enjoyable gym. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel in a prime beachfront location in Tel Aviv.

Extremely disappointing experience – serious security and management concerns I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv on August 5, 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and deeply disturbing.|Clothes and a wallet were stolen from the changing room adjacent to the hotel’s spa area. This is a very serious security issue. Guests should be able to use the hotel’s facilities without having to worry about their personal belongings being stolen.|What was even more disappointing was the hotel management’s response — or rather, the lack of one. Despite my repeated requests, not a single member of the hotel management contacted me regarding the incident. The only person who contacted me was a member of the security team.|I find this response completely unacceptable. When a guest’s personal belongings are stolen on hotel premises, I would expect the management to take the incident seriously, personally contact the guest, provide proper follow-up, and demonstrate genuine concern.|Instead, despite my repeated attempts to receive a response from management, I received no meaningful communication or follow-up.|This incident has seriously affected my trust in the hotel’s security and, equally importantly, in its commitment to guest care and responsibility when something goes wrong.|For me, the theft itself was extremely upsetting, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up from hotel management made the experience even worse.

Great location (near the beach). Nice rooms. Nice atmosphere. Good food (breakfast buffet is wonderful, and as a vegetarian I enjoyed many options). Service was excellent. Cons are only the distance from train stations for transportation (For this purpose the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv city center is better). Wifi is available but a bit weak, even in the room. I recommend to have a sim card with unlimited data, just in case. Amenities: there was no toothbrush or razor provided. The soaps and shampoos are nice in little bottles, but it perhaps it would be more ecologically minded to have large dispensers in the shower, too?

Excellent stay with outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Ilay at the front desk, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, good-natured, and welcoming. We really enjoyed the Club Lounge, the excellent breakfast selection, the beautiful sea view, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. A very enjoyable experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay overall. I ran into an issue with my room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Ariel, the General Manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the situation seriously, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was resolved right away. It’s refreshing to see management that genuinely cares about guest experience. The location is excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. What stood out most was how professionally the hotel handled a problem when one came up. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. Worth spending a little extra for these accommodations. Right on the ocean, beautiful sunsets, & who doesn’t want to swim in the Mediterranean Sea. Local restaurants are also good and within walking distance. We ate an exceptional dinner at the “White Pergola” right on the water.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
