The rooms were perfectly fine, but what truly made our stay amazing was the overall experience! The dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic, the pool is excellent, and all the hotel facilities are top-notch. But above all, the highlight of our stay was definitely the outstanding staff. A special, huge shoutout to Dilanka from the housekeeping team! He is incredibly sweet, genuinely helpful, and went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay with the best attitude. Meeting him in the hallways always made our day. Dilanka gives 10/10 service—an absolute gentleman! Highly recommend!

We have been coming to this hotel for many years, it is a wonderful location with easy access to the beach below. The Atmosphere is great. We stay in the Chalet rooms which have views over the huge pool and the beach, the rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. It is a little noisy with music starting at 9am each day.

We really enjoyed many aspects of our stay at the Dan Accadia. The location is fantastic, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s one of the hotel’s greatest assets and a wonderful place to spend the day. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sheets and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was modern, spotless, and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The only reason we hesitate to return is the food and beverage program. We understand this is a kosher hotel, and we appreciate the unique requirements that come with that. However, we still expected a higher level of quality and flavor. Throughout our stay, we found the food and drinks to be disappointing compared with every other aspect of the hotel. It’s unfortunate because the hotel excels in so many areas. If the dining experience matched the quality of the rooms, beach, and overall property, this would easily become one of our favorite places to stay. We hope the hotel continues investing in its culinary program because everything else about our stay was excellent, and we would love to have a reason to return.

We've been to this hotel more than once and each time we are blown away by the experience and service. It's right on one of the country's most beautiful beaches, the breakfast spread is sumptuous, the rooms are extremely clean, beds are comfortable, service is professional. Everything is amazing. Will keep coming back for sure One thing to note: there's no free parking on premises. Only paid parking beside which costs around 90 NIS per day

Had an amazing experience thanks to Kobi, the manager. I called from the USA and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made a difference. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. The hotel is excellent, but Kobi’s exceptional service made it a 5-star experience.

My stay at Dan Accadia Herzliya was, in many respects, exactly what one hopes for from a hotel of this reputation. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and located in one of the most desirable areas along the coastline. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are impressive, and there is a clear sense that significant effort has been invested in creating a high-quality hospitality experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant throughout the stay, while the public areas reflected the same high standard. It is evident that the hotel has many strengths and understands how to create an environment that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their time. Unfortunately, the aspect that repeatedly disrupted the experience was the room service. While the hotel itself consistently met expectations, the service provided through room service often felt disconnected from the level of professionalism found elsewhere on the property. Simple requests such as coffee, towels, or basic assistance frequently required multiple reminders, sometimes several times for the same request. More disappointing than the delays themselves was the feeling that fulfilling these requests was being treated as an inconvenience rather than as part of the hospitality experience. What affected me most was a situation involving a special anniversary celebration that I had planned with my partner. An occasion that was meant to be memorable and meaningful gradually became a source of frustration due to the way certain requests were handled. Instead of contributing to a positive and personal experience, the situation detracted from it. By the end of the stay, the disappointment surrounding that experience was significant enough that I left the anniversary cake behind in the hotel. This criticism is offered precisely because the hotel itself is so good. Had the room service demonstrated the same level of attentiveness, consistency, and professionalism as the rest of the property, this would have been an exceptional stay from beginning to end. Dan Accadia Herzliya remains a hotel that I would consider returning to, and that is perhaps the strongest compliment I can offer. However, I sincerely hope greater attention is given to the guest experience within room service, because in a hotel of this standard, it is often the small interactions that leave the deepest impression long after the stay has ended.

Very nice Hotel for the pricing. I was there in February 2026. The rooms are nice, a lot of people there to Service you. I didnt use the Pool at this time, but it was really nice to have a walk at the beach at around 20 °C. The Hotel has a Rental Station on floor -1, a boutique, Fitness rooms, playground for Kids and more. The breakfast is excellent - try the cheese cake!
