The Dan Tel Aviv's own Restaurant and Bar offer convenient on-site dining, including the D-Breakfast buffet and Cafe 99 with sea views. Nearby, La La Land sits just north, while Villa Mare TLV and Mashya are within a short stroll. You'll also find casual spots like Ha'Pizza, Falafel Hakosem, and Bar Ochel close by. The Tel Aviv Promenade, a 2-minute walk away, leads to many more dining options.
The Dan Tel Aviv sits right on the seafront promenade, with the Tel Aviv Promenade a 2-minute walk away and the beach just steps from the door. Head south along the boardwalk toward Charles Clore Park (25 min walk) and the old city of Jaffa, known for its artists' quarter and flea market. Northward, the Tel Aviv Port (2 km) offers restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. Ben-Gurion House is a 9-minute stroll inland, and Rabin Square is 15 minutes away. The hotel's own bar and restaurant are handy for a bite, and nearby streets have shops and cafés. The area is lively and walkable, with the promenade linking the coast's main attractions.
From Ben Gurion Airport (TLV), take the train to Tel Aviv HaShalom Railway Station, then a short taxi ride covers the remaining 2 km to the hotel. Alternatively, from the airport, drive along Highway 1 toward Tel Aviv, exiting toward the city centre and beach. From Tel Aviv Central Bus Station, a taxi or ride-hailing service is the simplest way. Sde Dov Airport (SDV) is also nearby if you have a domestic connection. The hotel is right on the promenade at 99 HaYarkon Street, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away.
In the evening, start at Cafe 99 for a sea-view dinner and drinks, then head to the Dan Tel Aviv's bar for a relaxed nightcap. The Tel Aviv Promenade is a 2-minute walk away, perfect for a stroll after dark, and the hotel is close to nightlife spots like La La Land, 0.25 miles north. For a livelier scene, the Old Tel Aviv Port is 2.0 km up the coast, with restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. You can also walk 15 minutes to Rabin Square, which often has evening activity. A taxi or ride-hailing can take you further afield to the city's other entertainment hubs.
With the Tel Aviv Promenade just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, you're right at the heart of the coastal scene. Ben-Gurion House is 9 minutes on foot, Rabin Square 15 minutes, and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art a 22-minute walk, so the city's core is easily explored without transport. Charles Clore Park is a pleasant 25-minute stroll, while Tel Aviv Port, The Clock Tower, and Wishing Bridge are farther out, at 2.0 km, 3.0 km, and 3.2 km respectively, so plan a taxi or ride-hailing trip for those. This makes the hotel a very solid base for starting your Tel Aviv explorations.
