The housekeeping service was good, and the room was kept clean. The staff at the pool was also very kind, friendly, and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, some of the other staff came across as very arrogant and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience disappointing. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth the money, especially considering the attitude of some of the staff. I hope Hilton takes this feedback seriously and works on providing a more welcoming and consistent guest experience.

Birthday 🎉: My mother and myself came to celebrate her birthday ☺️ on June. The atmosfere was lovely. In the evening a Champagne, a cheese cake and some cherries with a sweet and thoughtful card were at our room when we were celebrating outside. The staff was very hospitable including the reception, dining room and room service employees. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable 😃. Thank you!! Orit and Irina.

Having stayed at many hotels across Israel, Hilton Tel Aviv stands out for its professionalism, personal service and the strong sense of loyalty between staff and guests. It is not only the location or facilities that define this property but the consistency of its hospitality, which feels genuinely sincere and well established. Location & views|The hotel is set in an elevated and quiet part of northern Tel Aviv, surrounded by Independence Park. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, access is extremely convenient. The beach is less than a minute away and the promenade allows beautiful walks along the beach to Jaffa. The views are excellent from all rooms, especially the Jaffa-facing ones, which offer spectacular sunsets over the Mediterranean. Check-in|The check-in experience was handled in a highly professional way by Sava, who immediately recognizes returning guests and ensured a smooth arrival with a well-assigned room. Hilton Honors recognition is clearly taken seriously here and benefits are applied without hesitation. Special mention goes to Raya, who consistently offers warm and welcoming interactions and to Front Office Managers, Ana and Shalev, who stand out for their professionalism and going the extra mile for guests. Room|The rooms are not brand new but extremely well maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep are clearly a priority and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. The highlight is the view, combining sea and city skyline. The room was prepared with thoughtful amenities, a welcome card and a personal touch that made the arrival feel special. The bed is very comfortable and the room includes everything expected such as a Nespresso machine, quality amenities and generous amount of towels and bathrobes. Housekeeping supervisor Anna also personally checked in to ensure everything was in order, which was a very professional gesture. Turndown service is offered and is a noticeable premium touch, which is not a standard in many hotels in Israel or at Hilton hotels across the globe. Executive lounge|The Executive Lounge on the 12th floor is a real highlight. Service from Queenie and Elon is consistently friendly and attentive and the food selection is far above average, with afternoon snacks and a substantial evening offering (fish, pasta, vegetables, countless salads, cheese platter and tasty desserts) and an excellent selection of drinks (both alcoholic and softdrinks) The Vista Lounge on the 17th floor adds an even more elevated experience with incredible views and a wider selection. Also open to kids. Both lounges together make the upgrade genuinely worthwhile. Facilities|The lobby is iconic and inviting and the terrace offers one of the best sea views in Tel Aviv. The gym is well equipped with Technogym equipment and in very good condition. Also has spa facilities. The pool area is particularly well managed and Avi and his team deserve recognition for their calm and organised approach even during busy periods. Sunbeds are very comfortable as mattresses were added. The atmosphere feels controlled and secure since the staff checks eligibility to enter the pool area. Breakfast|Breakfast is a major highlight. The variety is extensive and the quality is consistently strong with fresh produce, fish, countless cheeses, delicious salads, hot dishes and excellent pastries. The setting (indoors and outdoors) overlooking the sea makes the experience even better. The staff elevate the experience further. Raviv provides excellent coffee creations and is used to any special request, Rowena offers a warm and personal welcome and remembers guests already on their second day and chef Edi ensures everything at the buffet and egg station runs smoothly. Restaurant|Dinner is also of a very high standard with an impressive buffet selection including fresh fish (incl. sashimi, tataki, etc.) and cold cuts (shoutout to the roast beef and carpaccio), countless meat and vegetarian dishes (beef fillet was my highlight) and a wide range of salads and desserts (both tasty and stunning to look at). The overall quality and presentation are excellent, with only minor room for improvement such as including sparkling water in the offering since the meal is not cheap. Overall|Hilton Tel Aviv is not a budget option but delivers strong value for guests who appreciate service, consistency and recognition. What makes this hotel stand out is not only the location or facilities but the people who create a genuine sense of care and professionalism. It is a hotel I will confidently return to and one that continues to set a high standard for Hilton properties worldwide. Congrats to the management to maintaining this high level of service in challenging times!

Team is most welcoming and with a can do attitude. The hotel is beautiful, comfy rooms, all rooms have balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. Most delicious breakfast, with a variety you wouldn't see anywhere. Love being here, will always come back when I'm in Israel

Booked a Twin Deluxe Seaview for one night, as a Diamond member via Hilton app. Positives: |- The hotel is only a minute away from the sea front and you can walk there for hours.|- The area seems safe. |- The food and drinks at the executive lounge were exceptional, service there friendly, the atmosphere and guests were also good. You get good food all day long. Some guests even had a bottle of wine at their table. This is quite surprising if you come from Europe and their sad exec lounges there. Negatives:|- The hotel planned to put us in a king room instead of a twin (even though I always write in the preference section: two beds). As a result, it was difficult for them to re-arrange and find a twin room after our arrival. The room we finally got was directly opposite the entrance to the exec lounge and it was very loud there. |- We got a room on the "not so good side" with poor views, less light etc. OK, half of all guests have to take this side, but as a loyal guest with approximately 70-90 stays per year, you would expect a somewhat better choice. |- The check-in and check-out took forever, the front desk staff was not helpful and borderline rude. |- Depending on what you prefer, you may not enjoy all the guests there, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

We scheduled a trip to Israel and arrived in late February 2026. As you know, the war with Iran started on February 28, 2026. We extended our stay until early March 2026, primarily due to the Hilton Tel Aviv’s team professionalism, calm demeanor, and competency during the daily multiple incoming missile and rocket alerts with audible interceptions. It was obvious that the Hilton Tel Aviv team has trained for such critical incidents. Additionally, previous incident responses had been debriefed, analyzed, improvements implemented, and refined to the calm, smooth execution of an action plan(s) we experienced. The front office, back of house operations, housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen and food production, engineering, maintenance, information technology, and security performed as an experienced cohesive team with a positive mental attitude throughout our stay. The Hilton Tel Aviv team was calm, professional, and met the multi-generational needs of the guests and the general public in the hotel and shelter. From the elderly that needed assistance to the shelter, providing portable cribs for families in the shelter, and everything in between. All of this occurred while the hotel continued its normal operations in the middle of a war. The Hilton Tel Aviv team exemplified Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and now in an extremely challenging environment during our stay. Experiencing the Hilton Tel Aviv team perform in a calm, very competent manner during our stay was very reassuring. We’ve been fortunate and have traveled to multiple countries on six continents and have experienced other critical incidents. It's rare to see and experience that level of excellence. Keep it up, it is appreciated. We’ll be returning to the Hilton Tel Aviv.
