Location close to Plaza de Zocodover bus stops. There was plenty of space for my needs. Tasteful mid-century room furniture. Beautiful marble tiled public spaces. Multiple electrical outlets for charging iPhones. The basic continental breakfast is adequate, there was cooked bacon. Very, very weak wi-fi - possibly worse when many hotel guests are accessing during peak usage times. Something is wrong with the bathroom ventilation because at time there is a horrible, putrid sewer gas smell.

I had a very disappointing stay. The ceiling in the room showed significant water damage, including a large patch of mold. The shower drain was not functioning, so water wouldn’t drain properly, and the sliding door was broken. There was also a thick layer of dust right on the bed head. There was no proper duvet provided, only a thin bed cover and some blankets from the closet that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time. Our room was on the first floor with a “courtyard view,” but you could see directly into the room opposite, and the courtyard seemed accessible to everyone. This meant we couldn’t open the curtains without sacrificing privacy. The lighting in the room was also very poor—arguably for the best, as it made it harder to notice the rest of the dirt.🙄The only positive point is the location, as it’s close to the main attractions and central food spots.

Simple but clean 3* hotel. Very tiny TV, no fridge. Quiet, despite being in the heart of the old town.

Perfect location. Old stuff in the room. But not expensive. I recommend have a breakfast outside.

This place is magical. Hotel is a bit older but the area is nice and quiet. Breakfast is okay, not worth the price

Overall nice Hotel. Great location. Very good breakfast for 8 Euros. Shower door needs repair. No air conditioning because of the winter weather, although the temperatures were in the high 80s. I was in the 1st floor and couldn't open the windows because of the mold and mildew. I caught allergies, so I had to close the window. We were in a sealed hot and humid room. This is a big problem.

Getting there was tricky I thought they had a car park looking at the listing but in fact they have a discount on one at the bottom of the hill. Tried should be more obvious. There is a nearby cat park in the old town but it's expensive but well organised. Excellent room and good breakfast. Receptionist helpful when there but not on the phone if you don't speak Spanish.

Our room was clean and the location is excellent. Overall, the value is very good for the price. This hotel was a good choice for a one night stay. Our room had one window which looked into a little interior courtyard, was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. Yes, there was a little noise from other rooms, but we always plan for this and bring ear plugs or use a white noise app on our phone. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good: choices of cold meat and cheese, pastries, Spanish torta, breads, juices, and a speciality coffee machine.
