The Hazelton is truly a luxury hotel. I’m over eight months pregnant and have been experiencing quite a bit of discomfort, but I felt incredibly comfortable, relaxed, and refreshed during my stay. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I absolutely loved their pillow service. I had forgotten my pregnancy pillow, and they provided me with a full-body pillow, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay so much more comfortable. The saltwater pool was amazing and especially relaxing this far along in my pregnancy. It helped take so much pressure off my body and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location in Yorkville is also perfect, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and everything you could want within walking distance. From the service and cleanliness to the amenities and attention to detail, The Hazelton is luxury in every sense of the word. I felt genuinely taken care of throughout my stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

My partner and I recently stayed at The Hazelton and loved it. The hotel feels super intimate and exclusive none of that chaotic foot traffic you get at huge luxury spots.|We had a couple of minor room hiccups right after check-in, but Chloe took care of everything for us. We ended up dealing with her throughout our stay, and honestly, she’s amazing, so warm and just the best person to talk to.|Huge thanks to Chloe for making our trip so easy. We’ll definitely be back!

The hazelton is simply the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at, in many different ways. Mostly because of one special employee. Michael. Every time my family and I go, I always look forward to his warm and embracing welcome. He is the kind of employee that makes you feel like you are home away from home. He is charming, engaging and nothing less than extraordinary. He is by far the best part of my day coming and going from the hotel. I wake up looking forward to his charismatic personality greeting us at the door, and receiving the same type of energy coming back. I admire the hotel. I recognize all of the staffs dedication and hard work to making each visit special, whether it be from the front desk to the hotel cleaners who do an impeccable job. However, I will always cherish my moments with Michael because he has gone the extra mile to make me feel like I’m home. Thank you so much hazelton.

5 stars all around! Wish I could give it more!! I stayed at The Hazelton last night and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered — from the valet to the front desk and beyond — was extremely pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. The lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the rooms are absolutely immaculate and impressive. You can really tell they take pride in every detail. Easily a 10/10 stay and I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at The Hazelton and would absolutely return. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in Toronto. It has the feel of a true boutique luxury hotel, and the location in Yorkville is fantastic, close to great restaurants, shopping and everything you’d want to explore in the neighborhood. The service really stood out. From the booking process through the end of our stay, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, polite, and prompt in assisting with anything we needed. The staff is clearly very well trained without ever feeling overly formal. The concierge was also incredibly helpful in securing restaurant reservations for us. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay and was always responsive when we needed anything. I also accidentally left an item behind, and the hotel was incredibly earnest and helpful in trying to locate it. They took the issue seriously, kept me updated and ultimately helped me find the item, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of the location, beautiful property, spacious rooms, and genuinely excellent service makes The Hazelton a standout. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Toronto.

Located in the heart of Yorkville and surrounded by upscale high-end boutiques and a wide variety of restaurants that are all within walking distance. This 5-star boutique hotel offers highly personalized service from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is genuinely committed to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction, and their efforts made a lasting impression on my husband and me. We were provided a superior level of customer service that reflected very positively on The Hazelton Hotel and contributed greatly to an otherwise wonderful stay. Our room was extremely well-appointed, spotless, and the decor and amenities were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Toronto and do plan to return. When we do, The Hazelton Hotel will certainly be our first choice, and we look forward to staying there again!
