Great location. Stayed here 1 night before getting on a cruise ship. The room is very small and tiny tight bathroom for American standards, the room on the cruise ship was bigger 😅. Appears to be a very old building.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hostal Malvinas. The staff truly made the difference — everyone was amazing, caring, and genuinely friendly, always happy to help and make sure guests felt comfortable. Their warmth really adds to the experience, especially in a place like Ushuaia. The only downside during my stay was an issue with the cold water in the shower, which wasn’t always consistent. Aside from that, everything was well managed and enjoyable. Overall, a great option in Ushuaia with excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

This was a lovely hostel in a top position in Ushuaia, it was only a very short walk to the Main Street. The room was small but extremely clean and very warm. I had a great view across the Beagle Channel from my window. The breakfast choices were fairly limited especially if wanting to avoid carbs or gluten but it was nice enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it.

The staff are super friendly(they make you feel like you are old friends catching up) give out the best recommendations of places to eat and visit. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe, welcomed and never alone. The location is absolutely perfect, laundry is up one block and the Main Street is down one block. The rooms are super clean and I honestly can’t wait to come back because I will be staying with them again.

Just returned from a great two night stay at this nice little hotel. Spacious room was immaculately clean, bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern, although on the small side. Good Wifi and outstanding breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful booking restaurants and other attractions for us. Great service! Outstanding value in ideal location in the center of downtown. Only negative was that room was a little noisy.

A smaller hotel, but conveniently located and helpful staff. Smaller room and bathroom, but I spent little time there so it mattered little. I was able to easily walk everywhere in town I needed to go, and it wasn't too far up the hill. Staff were always helpful, from calling a cab to dinner recommendations to loaning me a plug adapter (Type I - thre prong - I only had C and I don't believe the outlets in the room were dual). Breakfast was simple but good.

Quaint little inn located in the heart of Ushuaia, near the port for easy access to ships as well as lots of dining and shopping options. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean and fresh. Rooms are quite small but still have plentiful storage. Very comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast is traditional continental style, but generous and with excellent coffee. Overall a very great value.
