Good location - in a shopping complex but lifts straight down to ground floor. About an hour walk from the old town but through beautiful parks so a leisurely stroll. 30 minute walk from beach. Room was basic - bed was clean and comfortable but no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a decent selection. Woman in front desk slow to check in but another lady was helpful helping us find a bar to watch the football! Taxi arranged for airport as well. All in all, a decent hotel 👍

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and despite a few inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay and left with very positive memories. When we arrived, our room was not ready, so we had to wait for more than an hour. Later we found out that the room had actually become available, but because the reception staff had changed shifts, nobody informed us. We also received different information about whether breakfast was included, so we had to clarify it several times. Our room had some scratches and damage on the wooden floor, and there was some dust in a few places. We reported the floor damage to the reception, but the room was not changed. We would also like to mention one small detail: a toilet brush in the bathroom would have made the stay more comfortable. We also experienced a problem with the air conditioning, which stopped working, and we waited almost a full day for assistance. We would also like to mention one organizational issue. The reception staff change shifts quite frequently, and unfortunately information about guests’ requests or reported issues is not always passed on to the next team. As a result, we had to return to the reception several times and explain the same situation again to different employees. Improving communication between shifts would make the guest experience even better. We would especially like to thank Natalie from the reception desk, a lovely young woman with curly hair. Among all the staff members, she stood out because of her kindness and genuine care for the guests. When we had the issue with the air conditioning and nothing had been resolved for almost a day, Natalie immediately took control of the situation. She listened carefully, sincerely wanted to help, arranged for a technician to come without delay, and the problem was solved very quickly. Natalie is an incredibly kind, warm and caring person. People like her are becoming rare, and she made a real difference to our stay. Thanks to her, we left with even warmer memories of the hotel. We truly hope the management recognizes her excellent work, because employees like Natalie are a great asset to any hotel. Despite these few issues, we were very happy with our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are pleasant, and having the shopping center connected to the hotel is very convenient. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we left with wonderful impressions and would gladly stay here again.

The location is great! It’s basically not far away from the center nor the beach. The staff were really nice and helpful, our only issue was that the noise of the other room next door was quite near, as if we were in the same room, but as soon as we told them the our issue the next night everything was good and quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and our rooms were not cleaned once. Even though we kept putting the card out and even once we asked one of the cleaning staff to clean it, but when we came back at night it wasn’t cleaned. Overall the hotel was really good.

The downsides: The hotel is outdated. The windows were dirty, and there were rust and damp/mold spots throughout the room. Worst of all, the air conditioning in our room did not work. They promised us a new room, but instead they came to “repair” the air conditioning. After waiting for two hours in the lobby, we returned to the room, only to find that the air conditioning still wasn’t working. Without air conditioning, the room is unbearable in summer temperatures. At breakfast, I also overheard the guests at the table next to us saying that their air conditioning wasn’t working either. So, clearly, we were not an isolated case. In short, this hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. Without significant improvements, I would recommend skipping this hotel. The positives: Good breakfast, good location, car park, dog-friendly, spacious rooms.

Felt like a 2/3 star hotel. No gym, pool or spa. One ground floor restaurant that’s only open for breakfast and dinner. Toilet in the bathroom would keep running unless you press it continually. The whole bathroom design is strange. Weird smell throughout the lobby and room. I would not stay here again. Many cheap repairs and replacements could be done to make the hotel room more presentable to guests. HOWEVER, the reception and housekeeping staff were lovely and accommodating. Also the location is great.

We stayed here and overall the experience was fine! We arrived before check in time and was told our room was available which was great. Until they wanted an additional €30 to check in early. Pretty bizarre if the room is already allocated and available just give the customer their room key. We Also we checked out four hours before the 11am check out time on our departure day so bit of common sense would maybe go a long way these things level out.

Pluses: Great location near the city of arts and sciences, above a big shopping Center. Relatively big rooms, comfortable beds, free water in the corridor, everything is clean, the first impression is good. Minuses: very strong sewage smell in the room. Glass door to the bathroom does not close fully - you smell and hear everything while in the room. The breakfast is a big disappointment: very simple and some cuts and fruit plates are obviously prepared the night before and therefore look dried out/sweaty and unappetising. The boiled eggs come from the fridge and are cold - never saw this before. The staff are not vey motivated either - the missing dishes do not get filled up quickly enough and the plates are not cleared away from the tables. Conclusion: there are much better hotels in this price category in Valencia, but all in all it is ok.

Writing this review at 2am as I cant sleep due to broken air con and window fully open still sweating 🥵 as air isn't moving. I notified reception about it earlier during a day but they said nothing can't be done and that several rooms have same issue and none are available to be transferred to, so I knew what's waiting for me tonight .. and yes reading other guest reviews I realise , that complaints are never addressed here . Poor service and basic rooms
