A mesmerising hotel combined with an exquisite location. Easily accessible to the cities sights. And a beautiful view towards the cathedral and Placa de la verge. Not to mention the hospitality, whom matches the expectations one would have on a 5 star hotel. With the staff being avaible to help with any needs. Already from before the check in until your leave. Instantly helping without any delay and understanding your value of time. After several visits to Valencia, I can easily say that this has become my new go to place in valencia.

Beautiful Five-Star Hotel, One-Star Hospitality We booked one of the hotel’s top suites for our wedding day so my wife could get ready there. The property itself is stunning, but the service was incredibly disappointing. The day before our wedding, I arranged a surprise bouquet for my wife. Despite having a confirmed reservation, reception claimed I wasn’t a guest and sent the flowers to the wrong hotel, completely ruining the surprise. On our wedding day, we arrived carrying wedding attire, luggage, and decorations. We had already informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving with a service dog. Instead of welcoming us, the receptionist stopped us at the entrance and made us wait outside for approximately 15 minutes while she tried to verify documentation she clearly did not understand herself. The delay disrupted our schedule, added unnecessary stress, and made us late on one of the most important days of our lives. What was most disappointing was not the mistakes themselves, but the complete lack of empathy, urgency, and professionalism shown by the receptionist. The employee who appeared to be in training was polite and helpful; unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff member supervising him. Luxury hospitality is about more than beautiful rooms. This hotel offers a five-star property with one-star service. Management should seriously review how guests, especially those celebrating major life events, are treated at reception.

We booked the Presidential Suite at MYR Palacio Vallier as a special treat, especially as it was surprisingly well priced for this level of accommodation. We don’t normally book suites like this, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — a beautifully restored palace with so much character and elegance. The Presidential Suite was exceptional, with a beautiful design, wonderful space, and incredible views over the central park of Valencia. Even if you don’t stay in the suite, the hotel itself is a true standout property. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Valencia, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the hotel delivers a genuine five-star experience. Breakfast was a highlight and possibly the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. The à la carte concept was wonderful, with exceptional quality and beautifully prepared food. A special mention for the brownie — quite possibly the best brownie I have ever tasted! The valet service was also excellent, with our car brought directly to the hotel entrance, making arrival and departure effortless. We absolutely loved Valencia and loved our stay at MYR Palacio Vallier. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A truly beautiful hotel that we would highly recommend.

We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

I came to Valencia for two days after business trip in Barcelona. After the intensity of Barcelona, the more laid-back vibe of Valencia was much appreciated: gorgeous city. The casually elegant Palau Vallier made the trip all the more special. A beautiful retreat on a quiet courtyard. Friendly service: always available, but never intrusive. Extremely comfortable, well appointed rooms. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

From the second you walk into the lobby, you immediately feel that you are somewhere very special. The design concept is immaculate, the rooms are beautiful, everything is incredibly tasteful, and it is obvious that attention to detail truly matters here. What made our stay at Palacio Vallier absolutely unforgettable, though, was the staff and the communication with the hotel before and during our stay. It never felt like a business model. It felt like genuine hospitality. The kindness, warmth, friendliness and thoughtfulness of the entire team were exceptional. Everyone seemed genuinely committed to taking care of every need and every wish and making our stay as special as possible. We will definitely be back and truly could not have made a better choice for our hotel in Valencia.

We had a wonderful stay at Palau Vallier. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and incredibly well taken care of. The entire team, from the front desk to service and housekeeping, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but the staff truly made our stay special. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Palau Vallier to anyone visiting beautiful Valencia.

What a great hotel. Superb location. Everyone so friendly. The rooms are amazing - so big. Decor is so stylish. The little touches - chocs on your pillow, water in rooms, beach towels provided, large choice for breakfast, cute sky bar.
