We had a wonderful stay here! The check-in process was very easy and everything went incredibly smoothly, even though the check-in was self-service. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, and everything was very well taken care of. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. We also really appreciated having an AI chatbot available in our own language, which made it very easy to ask questions and get information whenever we needed it. What really stood out to us, was the amazing service. I accidentally lost my ring in the room and contacted the host about it. He replied immediately and, only ten minutes later, had already made sure that my ring was returned to me. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Incredible place! Stylish rooms and very large beds and very comfortable pillows. Everything extremely clean.  My room was full of beautiful and practical details to make you enjoy your stay (coffee machine, good brand of shampoo and shower gel, large TV screen, big duvet, etc. Everything gave a feeling of luxury. The automated check-in is super easy and comfortable, and the instructions are very easy, and there is also a team available to help if necessary. The central location is a very safe place and it is perfect to enjoy Valencia. I will return for sure,  and I recommend it 100%

We enjoyed our Stay at Nalu boutique rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. They had water for us every day and the room was cleaned daily. We will definetly come back. Thank you for the staff on site and online. Natacha

Someone give this hotel a award or more stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Its a small hotel, 13 rooms with no reception. But the service is high end. Very clean hotel, its like they are cleaning 24/7. Roomcleaning is excellent, all sheets changed and well vacuumed. Also very helpfull customer service if you are facing issues. Free hot and cold water in the lobby, perfect when you are traveling with a baby.

My room was disappointingly small. I understand they have bigger rooms as I saw online, but mine was just the smallest. I would have chosen different acommodation if I knew, as for the price is was too expensive. I had to do check-in at the door despite the fact that I did my check-in online beforehand. It takes too much time as it’s annoying to do it twice. The inner lobby is nice, where you can sit, but it feels like a cave as it’s without windows and this is not very welcoming. The space overall looks pretty and new, but the setting as rooms in one corridor when you can hear everyone and everything, also from the neighbouring rooms, it gave me a ‘better hostel’ feel, for a price of a good hotel though. I wasn’t very happy to get this, for the price I paid.

Back in April my partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Valencia at the NALU Valencia Boutique Rooms. Not only were they clean and comfortable but the location could not be beat. We were right in the heart of the city and had access to tons of plazas, shops, and restaurants. The Valencia NALU Boutique Rooms also had a great common area where we could get work done and eat our food. 10/10 highly recommend them and would definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great Experience overall. check in was a little unpersonal because there is no person at the desk but rather a terminal. The rooms are spotless and the location is top notch. The Air condioning works perfectly so you won't sweat your balls of. The walls are quite thin so you might hear some people next to your room somethimes. 5+ stars would rebook again

Stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our visit. There is no staff at the hotel, but it didn't bother us. The only slightly annoying thing was that the check-in machine didn't print the second key, even if we added all the required info. The room was spatious, cleaned every day, with plenty of storage, quiet, and the water bottles were replenished daily. We stayed in room number 2, and I have no complaints. I also really appreciated the high quality Rituals products (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion) - all very needed when rehydrating after the sun. Location wise, you can't be more central. Valencia is a very walkable city, the only time we had to take a bus was to go to the beach and that was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again.
