The hotel exceeded all our expectations! It was exceptionally clean, and our room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a fantastic selection on display every morning and excellent-quality food. A special mention goes to Lola and Sylvia from the breakfast team, who were truly exceptional and provided wonderful service. The rooftop terrace bar was perfect, with great service throughout our stay. The hotel also benefits from a great location. Honestly, everything was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and overall, we had a mixed experience. Advantages: The location was very good. The Old Town and the main tourist areas are about a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a lovely park nearby where you can enjoy a walk. I would also like to mention Setareh, one of the staff members, who was very kind and helpful when we had some issues with the cleaning of our room. She really tried her best to help us and made a difference in our stay. Disadvantages: The hotel itself is quite old. The electric kettle in our room was not clean, although they replaced it with a new one when we asked. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very limited and, in our opinion, not very good. Considering the overall condition, facilities, and breakfast, I don’t think the hotel is worth the price you pay.

The hotel is nice overall, but unfortunately, in my opinion, it does not reflect the 5-star standard it claims to have. I would rate it closer to 4 stars, and even that with some indulgence. The reception area is impressive and gives the impression of a grand, luxurious hotel. However, once you get to the upper floors, the situation is quite different. The carpets, room doors, furniture and windows all look rather old and in need of renovation. In our room, the window handles were actually broken. There is also a noticeable old/musty smell both in the room and in the corridors. The pool area is another disappointment, especially compared with the photos on Booking.com. It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, there are not enough sun loungers, and the whole area feels quite chaotic, as there seem to be very few rules regarding how the space is used. The breakfast is good, with a decent variety of options, but the food is exactly the same every day, with virtually no variation throughout the stay. On the positive side, the rooftop terrace, the bar and the reception area are very pleasant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning service is very good. Overall, the main issue is not the service or the cleanliness, but the condition of the hotel itself. Apart from the beautiful reception area and some of the common spaces, the hotel feels dated and in need of renovation. For a 5-star hotel, I believe the standard should be consistent throughout the entire property, not just in the reception area.

This hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were luxurious and comfortable with consistent strong aircon (much needed in August 35° heat!) Beds were so so comfortable and the shower was refreshing. Bottles of water were in the room on arrival, alongside toothbrushes, shower cap, shaving kit, and little extras kit with nail file and cotton buds. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, but the pool was lovely with half the space covered and half open to give an option for shade. Breakfast also had extensive options and tons of vegetarian options with fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked options. Staff were super friendly and the location was well connected to buses.

Fantastic hotel — spotlessly clean and really felt like a proper five-star stay. The staff were lovely, breakfast was excellent and everything was very well looked after. It ticked all the boxes for us and was also in a great location.

I want to be clear: apart from this issue, I found the hotel clean, well maintained and perfectly fine. Unfortunately, what happened on Friday evening completely changed my impression of the hotel. The entire rooftop bar was rented out for a well-known Spanish artist, meaning that paying hotel guests were no longer able to use one of the hotel’s main facilities. I completely understand that hotels organise private events and want to generate additional revenue. However, this felt like the hotel prioritised making extra money over its own paying guests. I paid for a five-day stay and reasonably expected to have access to the facilities that are presented as part of the hotel experience. Instead, the rooftop bar was essentially taken away from the hotel guests for an entire evening so that the hotel could make additional money from a private event. What makes this particularly disappointing is that there was no clear warning or meaningful alternative offered to guests. If you are going to completely close an important hotel facility for a private event, paying guests should be informed beforehand and, in my opinion, some form of compensation should be considered. This is not about the artist or the event itself. It is about the principle and the way paying guests were treated. A hotel should not make its guests feel like they are less important than a private event simply because the event brings in additional money. For that reason, despite everything else being fine, I am giving this hotel 1 star. The way this was handled was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that the hotel valued additional revenue over the experience of the guests who had already paid to stay there. Even the service desk acted like im the crazy one while i payed 850 euro's for 5 days.

Overall, this hotel, did not meet my expectations. During our stay, there was very noticeable construction noise near the pool on one of the days. This made the pool area considerably less relaxing, and we were not warned about the construction work before booking. I would recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to check whether any construction is taking place during your planned stay. The room we stayed in felt somewhat old and outdated for a five-star hotel, particularly in terms of the interior and attention to detail. It also had a very minor dusty smell. The rooms appear to vary considerably, some seem newer and renovated, while others appear older and have carpets. This is worth keeping in mind when booking and viewing the photographs online. Regarding the service, the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby staff were attentive at times, but they rarely greeted us with a smile, and the overall interaction did not feel like five-star service. Another aspect that affected the overall atmosphere was the music played in the breakfast area. Early in the morning, the volume was noticeably high, making the space feel more stimulating than relaxing. The selection appeared to consist mainly of popular pop songs, which did not seem particularly well suited to the setting or time of day. A calmer playlist would make the breakfast area feel considerably more refined and relaxing. Unfortunately, if I return to Valencia, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. I would also not recommend it, as I don’t think the overall quality and experience matched the price of the stay.
