We are very pleased that you appreciated our friendly service, 24-hour reception, our bar, as well as the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the room. We are also delighted that you enjoyed our convenient location and proximity to the underground station. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, air-conditioning systems in Austria are not designed to cope with exceptional temperatures of around 40°C. Such temperatures are not normal here, and during this period of extreme heat, the systems were unfortunately overwhelmed. We are truly sorry that this affected the comfort of your room. Regarding the open bathrooms, we would like to point out that this design is present in around 90% of our rooms and is also clearly shown on the various websites. This room layout was taken over from the previous hotel and, unfortunately, cannot be easily changed structurally. We fully understand, however, that this open design may not suit every guest.
