We absolutely LOVED this place! Super clean and the location was perfect. It's very secure and quiet, too. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. We liked it so much, we emailed the host after we checked out. They actually reached out to the manufacturer of the mattress and emailed us back with the details! Overall, just a wonderful place that made our stay in Vienna that much more magical. HIGHLY recommend this place!

The Miami Vice room was very clean and spacious. Also it is decorated very nice, there is tea and coffee in the room. The bed is big and comfortable, I really enjoyed this. The tram and metro are nearby, so its not 100% quiet, but for me it was ok. I really had a perfect stay at Sissi.

This wasn't a 5/5 but a 10/10! The room was super nice and clean. The windows are very well isolated because there's no sound in the night from passing traffic. Location is great because in 2 minutes you are on the subway station! For me the service made the biggest difference because I was asking a lot of questions and the host answered almost immediately anytime, and everything we asked for was possible! We had a great stay and will come back when we are in Vienna

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was a very comfortable experience, we had great times. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. It is not close to the centre but you can use the U4 line easily.

Great apartment, very beautiful interior. Not a hotel as booking said. The parking is hard to understand how to enter if you're not from Viena.

This was a lovely stay, everything just went very well. The owners are very responsive via messaging, the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and the rooms are lovely! I love all the smart controls, and the bed was super comfy. Location is super convenient, you're right next to a metro station on a very useful line and you can walk right into the massive Schonbrunn gardens. The only things I have to remark is that slightly softer towels and an extra set of medium size ones (additional to the current large and small) would be great to have, along with a pair of glasses in the room (drinking water from a mug is a bit weird). Those are really the only remarks I have so overall it's just excellent.

It was an amazing experience, a really quiet and clean room right next to the U4 metro line that goes right in the center of the city of Vienna. The staff was really kind and answered to what ever we needed very quickly. The room had a really comfy bed and everything was high tech, controlled by an IPad inside the room.

Hotel was selected due to its location. It is near the Schonbrunn Palace, public transportation is just a block away, restaurants and grocery stores are just 2 blocks away. Staff is very responsive. The room was very comfortable and so clean. We hope to return one day.
