It is a very comfortable stay! Mr Nicholas had upgraded us with a duplex without extra charges, he had also welcomed us with warmth and friendly gestures! It felt so welcoming the first time we stepped into the reception and it felt just like home as the room is comfortable, nice and clean. Will definitely comes back again when we are in Austria again. He even shared us tips to look around for our vacation! That’s so sweet of him. Thank you Mr Nicholas and hope you enjoy a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2026!♥️

The view from the apartment for 4 people was very lovely. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of room. It had everything we needed. Above all, the peace and cleanliness we found were amazing. Totally worth it, 100%.

I stayed here with a couple of friends in December 2025. The property has a beautiful little courtyard where you can relax. Logistically, it is just a short walk from the underground and Stephenplatz, which can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. You can leave your luggage before check-in and a few hours after check-out, upon request and courtesy of the hotel. Greetings to Nicolaj, a welcoming and helpful receptionist.

The room was not what was described or as nice as the pictures showed. The accommodation was extremely hot even when the thermostat was turned as low as possible. We had to open the windows but the smell of cigarettes as the court yard was directly below and the extremely loud music playing until the early hours was unbearable. Also we could hear every noise possible from other rooms including a very disturbing ex-rated noise which i certainly didn't appreciate when trying to sleep. The accommodation was not clean, under and around the bed was filthy, the bathroom smelt awful, I figure it was a mix of sealant and sewage, didn't appreciate the mould on the ceiling either & bogeys on the bedroom wall was disgusting. I woke with the worse back pain, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever had the displeasure to lay on, the pillow was flat, the sheets were rough. I was so disappointed we actually changed our evening flights to leave much earlier than planned. Definitely not worth the money & certainly would not recommend nor would stay again. Another site which I booked through won't allow me to post my review nor share photos.

Wonderful. I suggested everyone. Only 20 minutes walk away to main attractions. The workers are very helpful. Especially, Nikola. We are 16 people he helps us in every situation. Nikola is best. There is free tea and free coffee. The hotel is very clean.

This is an old property and the rooms seem to be renovated. There were different wings inside the hotel. Front office person was very polite and helpful with all the queries. Location is okay, near to the parliament house and other attractions. |We had booked 5 rooms. 3 in one building, 2 in the other. |The elevator is too small, it will just fit in your luggage. Our apartment had bed upstairs, there were no windows upstairs and the AC was not working. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep.|The bathrooms are small. There is no safe/ storage locker in the apartment if that matters. |The rooms however were clean. And the kitchenette had decent amount of cutlery. There are a few restaurants in the walking vicinity of the hotel.

Great place / nice area / good price and quality. The air conditioner was life saver in the summer!
