Very nice and clean hotel in a close distance to the Warsaw Chopin Airport. Not expensive. There's a possibility of early cneck in for an extra price and a free transfer to an airport which is very comfortable. The girl at the reception desk was very helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty. Please add an opener to a complentary water bottles in the room. They do not proviide room slippers there.

I stayed at an Air Hotel in Poland and it was a great option for resting before or after a flight. The free airport transfer was very convenient and made the whole experience stress-free. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable - perfect for a short stay between flights.

They offer free transfers which is great - a little off to navigate and perhaps they need to update this on their website or message they send. Essentially you call the number, it then texts a driver and you go to where you are meant to wait. Unfortunately many people are waiting and for me, not every driver was able to explain to me what I had to do, the first driver and second driver read out names it seemed and then took them, the secon driver could see my confusion and then actually had a space so took me but he advised that I just would wait for the next van each time. Would be good to have a little more clarity. Everything was smooth after that - transfers both way, breakfast was a nice touch, rooms pretty clean and functional. They give you ear plugs for the planes overhead and that was great as I slept very well. Later checkout meant I could go straight to the airport for my flight after this. 24/7 small bar if you’d like a drink before bed.

Today I am staying in this hotel. And I was pleasantly surprised. Indeed, hotel is small but very cozy, comfortable and very clean. I want to celebrate the entire team of hotel for their hospitality and professional service. I would especially like to mention Lena, who welcomes guests at the reception. I saw an open heart for hotel guests, and desire to help in any situation, and of course, true professionalism. I am grateful to the entire hotel team for creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. I highly recommend the hotel for reservation. Blessings and prosperity to the hotel and its team.

Mostly good service except the attitude of the afternoon staff, she will deactivate your room key card just for the fun of it.|Some items on their breakfast menu are leftover.

Very clean and nice place. I recommend it to everyone who values ​​peace and cleanliness. The hotel is located near the airport and there is no noise at all, which is a great thing. The service is also great! Everyone was helpful and smiling. The prices were also reasonable for Warsaw.

The hotel itself was quite nice — clean, comfortable, and well-located. The facilities were as described, and I genuinely appreciated the quality of the accommodation. However, my experience at check-in left a very bitter taste and completely changed how I felt about my stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately started speaking to me in Russian, assuming I understood or had any relation to that language — which I do not. I politely explained that I don’t speak Russian and asked to continue in English. Her demeanor changed instantly. She stopped smiling, became cold, and instead of offering me information about the services (breakfast, transfer, etc.), she silently handed me my ID and moved on to the next guest — as if I was no longer welcome or worth her attention. I had to insist she complete my check-in properly, let me pay for breakfast, and help me register for the transfer I had originally planned. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful. No guest should be treated this way — especially not for simply requesting to be addressed in a common international language like English. This interaction turned what could have been a great stay into a frustrating and upsetting experience. It’s a shame, because the hotel deserves better representation at the front desk. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures more respectful, inclusive service for all guests, regardless of their background or language.

A grate place for recharging your batteries before/after a flight. Quite a specious room with all necessary amenities, except slippers. Nice breakfast with a big selection of food. Free shuttle to Chopin airport. Nice staff and a clean room.
