Great boutique hotel located in a cool part of Warsaw. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Good location for getting access to local transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable with high quality soft goods and toiletries. Friendly staff with great recommendations and knowledge of the city. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. We were very pleased with the size of our room, which had a large living area with couch, chair, cocktail table , desk and dining table, as well as bedroom, and an extra half bath. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a lot of different options. The small gym had sufficient equipment. As for location, it isn’t near any sightseeing attractions, but there were bars, restaurants and gelato parlors everywhere!

Our stay at H15 Boutique Hotel Warsaw was exceptional from beginning to end. One of the most fascinating aspects of this property is its remarkable history. The building once housed the Soviet Union’s diplomatic mission in Warsaw, and today that heritage has been beautifully preserved while the property has been transformed into a sophisticated and contemporary luxury hotel. The contrast between its storied past and its elegant modern design gives H15 a truly unique character. Our suite was extremely well appointed, spacious, stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with every detail contributing to a luxurious stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and extensive, offering an impressive variety of beautifully presented, high-quality choices. It was a wonderful way to begin each morning. The location is ideal for discovering Warsaw, with many of the city’s attractions, restaurants and neighbourhoods easily accessible while still providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Most importantly, the personnel were attentive and genuinely focused on guest service. Throughout our stay, we felt very well looked after. H15 successfully combines history, architecture, contemporary luxury, excellent food and warm hospitality. A distinctive Warsaw property that we would highly recommend and would be delighted to return to.

We stayed 6 days in a suite. We had 2 spacious bathrooms, a living area and a bedroom. Simply but delightfully decorated. Very clean and well maintained. We had a street view which was quite enjoyable. Noise level very well we didn't notice any noise. Location is excellent. A lot of restaurants in the area. We walked to all the landmarks on foot , even Wisła River. From dining to shopping it's all so close no need for a car. Breakfast buffet was very nice and included with our Bonvoy status.

Our go-to hotel when visiting Warsaw. Extremely well appointed in a great location. We particularly like the rooms with kitchen facilitiy for a longer stay. Beds very comfortable; walk in shower ultra efficient. All room service good. The breakfasts are fine: nicely presented,, varied choice, in attractive glass domed surroundings. It is a friendly and welcoming hotel that responds well to needs. We did - on this occasion - have a couple of issues, including one concerning pre authorization charges - but these were dealt with appropriately and apologetically by the hotel, and so no need for complaint. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return when next in the city.

Excellent Stay at H15 Boutique Hotel – A Marriott Gem Our stay at H15 Boutique Hotel was genuinely excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and professional, with particularly helpful assistance from the concierge. The welcome was warm, efficient, and exactly what one hopes for when arriving after travel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the shower was outstanding — strong pressure, modern design, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. It is clear that attention has been paid to guest comfort. The property itself has an interesting and distinctive history, which adds real character to the stay. It feels refined yet welcoming — boutique in personality but supported by Marriott standards. The restaurant was very good: quality food, well presented, and served with a smile. Service throughout was friendly and professional without being intrusive. Breakfast was also excellent, offering both a well-stocked buffet and freshly cooked-to-order options — a very good balance. Parking was secure, convenient, and underground — an important detail for those traveling by car. Overall, this was a very well-managed property delivering exactly what it promises. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would happily repeat.

Wonderful staff members. Especially Ursula and her colleague that shared with us tips about the city and all the Greek words that they knew. The location was very central and there were a lot of nice bars and restaurants to visit. The hotel was very clean and spacious.

Stayed at H15 Boutique Hotel Warsaw, part of Marriott Design Hotels, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is difficult to beat. The hotel sits right in the centre of Warsaw, within walking distance of Warszawa Centralna railway station, the metro and trams, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure. Check-in was smooth and I was allocated a beautiful room on the top floor. The room was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. There were only a couple of maintenance details, like a small hole in one of the curtains, but nothing that really affected my stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and of very good quality. The selection of fish, cheeses, vegetables and pastries was excellent. The only funny part was the three-level buffet presentation - I almost needed to be taller to reach the top shelf 😊. There is also a live cooking station, although I wasn’t really sure what could be ordered besides eggs, as there was no indication. The staff were friendly and professional, but I felt they were missing that extra touch which separates a very good hotel from a truly memorable one. As an example, I was offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival, but no non-alcoholic alternative was mentioned. A couple of design choices surprised me. The shower has two entrances - one from the bathroom and another directly from the bedroom. Definitely the first time I have seen something like that. More importantly, the room door didn’t have the usual interior security latch or deadbolt found in most hotels. I was honestly surprised, as I consider that a standard feature in a hotel of this category. Another thing that caught my attention was the iron provided in the room. It was visibly damaged, with the casing broken and internal parts exposed. It still worked, but seeing equipment in that condition wasn’t a great sign of housekeeping and routine room inspections. The fitness room is nice but isn’t open 24/7, and the opening hours felt a little unusual for a city hotel. My biggest disappointment came during check-out. I still haven’t received my invoice and wasn’t sure whether it would arrive by email or through an electronic invoicing system. For a Marriott property, I expected this process to be much more straightforward. Overall, H15 is a stylish boutique hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms and one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Warsaw. A little more attention to maintenance, housekeeping and the final guest experience would easily make this a five-star stay.
