We stayed at Hilton in Warsaw for 5 nights during our tour. Special thanks to Filip at the reception who ensured a smooth check in process & assigned us a corner room with great skyline views on 15th floor. Hari , also at reception, provided us good recommendations on places to visit & restaurants to dine in. The rooms were clean, even quite spacious after an extra bed in the room & the cleaning staff ensured it was tidy with fresh stock of enough mineral water every day. The wellness area is huge & welcoming, we enjoyed the fitness, pool, sauna & steam rooms thoroughly. Breakfast spread at Meza was sumptuous, highlight being the fresh carrot juice. We had dinner & beverages at pistachio bar which was also very nice. Overall highly recommended this property which is easily accessible by walk or taxi to all the major attractions.

It's a dated 5 Star Hotel that desperately needs a face lift. I had a suite on a high floor and the view is great but things in the bathroom were falling off the wall and everything just feels dated. Location is fine if you're in the business district not is not close to old town or city center, although taxis are cheap and there's public transport. The gym was really good though. Breakfast was fine, lots to choose from but nothing stood out.

Enjoyed this hotel in the modern area of Warsaw. Some highlights:|-Amazing gym. If working out on the road is important to you, the gym here is amazing. |-Very good breakfast. Huge selection in their buffet and friendly service.|-Comfotable rooms: hotel didn’t seem new, but well maintained and comfortable.|-Good location with many restaurants adjacent.|-Helpful service. The front desk assisted me in buying train tickets to Krakow.|-Price: very fair No negatives to mention. Had a great stay and would consider this hotel again.

This is a really nice hotel. I’m not sure why comments say the hotel is dated. The rooms are in great shape. The hotel is clean. The elevators are newer models. The staff are great. The breakfast is wonderful (omelette bar included). I stay in a lot of hotels. This is my 60+ night in 2026. I have not a single complaint. Management super cool when little things come up. The lounge had at least one hot item I loved every day. Thank you to Maciej and Levan who made our stay even better with a nice upgrade as a diamond and some great recommendations for food in the city. I spent 5 days here.

Perfectly located for easy walking to dining areas like Nor Blina. Access to transport links nearby. Rooms are nice, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. I'd definitely stay again. The corner rooms have great views and are quiet. They have a bath and separate shower. Shower is powerful but quite cramped. There is a mini fridge, very handy. Bathrobes and slippers are available on request. Public areas are well maintained, good breakfast selection. The spa/health club with pool looks to be for the general public, the pool has 4 swim lanes so not so easy to just chill after a day sightseeing. There is a large jacuzzi, and hot tub, both great. One downside is the sauna, I wasn't able to use it as its traditional Finnish (no swimsuits allowed), not female friendly as its a shared facility used by men.

This is my go-to hotel in Warsaw. It’s hands down located close to everything. The views from the rooms were phenomenal, and the breakfast was phenomenal, with too many varieties to choose from. Most importantly, the staff of the hotel, especially the front desk, is fantastic. A big thank you to Oleksandra and Filip for their great hospitality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at Hilton Warsaw City many times over the years, and without exception, I have always been treated exceptionally well. I genuinely feel valued and welcomed here, almost like part of the family. The team has a wonderful personal touch and, whenever possible, I have been very generously upgraded to the beautiful Panoramic Suite, which always makes the stay even more special. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The design may now feel slightly dated, which is understandable for a hotel that has been established for many years, but everything is kept in the best possible condition. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the people and the way returning guests are recognised and looked after. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Warsaw City and will continue to return whenever I can. A very special thank you to Paulina for always making us feel so welcome and appreciated. Piotr & Jakub
