We spent 3 nights in late June 2026 at Hotel Bellotto. |The property, named after the famous Italian painter better known as Canaletto, couldn't be more centrally located. |The building is a XVI century manor which had several uses during the years and is now beautifully restored with a modern classic feel, which looks really elegant. |Our room, thanks to a nice upgrade, was huge and with a lovely view of the surrounding area and the grand hotel forecourt. It was absolutely comfortable with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel.|Breakfast consists of a small buffet with high quality products, plus an a la carte selection. Staff are professional and kind but not the warmest or very welcoming. |We felt the soft touches were missing. |For example when we arrived the couch in the living room of our apartment was strangely made up into an extra bed, which we never asked for being 2 people sharing the king size bed of the bedroom. We asked 3 times to the reception staff to put back the sofa so that we could enjoy our living room. But with no result: in the end we decided to do it ourselves, while the beddings of the extra bed were never removed during our 3 nights's stay.|Furthermore housekeeping definitely needs some improvement: on the first day our bed was barely made, bath gel was empty on the second day and it was quite a challenge to receive a refill, though with no scissors to open it. |There is no turndown service nor a welcome drink. |All these points prevent the experience to be an excellent one or a real 5 star service. |It is nevertheless a very nice and comfortable hotel in a wonderful location to explore Warsaw.

Stayed at the Bellotto for a couple of nights on a work trip. Very good location in the historical center. Was unexpectedly upgraded to a 2-rooms plus bath corner suite that was simply huge. Very comfortable and quiet space -- a big plus. Very large and convenient bathroom. I was glad that a porter helped with my heavy suitcases, as there is no elevator to that suite. Well worth it, it was great.

Excellent location, very close to Old Town. Wonderfully comfortable and quiet room, spotlessly clean. Reception staff Jakub, Pravel and the lady who checked us in were very friendly and helpful. Focaccia Restaurant, all the staff were helpful and friendly, good choice breakfast, dinner was excellent, so definately worth a visit .

Some months ago I was in this hotel, it was so clean, bright, I like the style and location. I enjoyed my time in this place . Also I wanted to thank a young woman with long blond hair at the reception , she was so kind, polite and so helpful , and what was really important she could understand my language, what made my trip much more easier , not often you can meet someone who speaks Italian in different countries I like my trip to Warsaw, it’s a nice city and next time coming there I’ll definitely choose Belloto for staying.

Very nice ornate hotel and room. Great shower and provided toiletries. Breakfast at the on site restaurant had a huge selection of buffet for 50zl, and a menu of more. The bathroom smelled like sewer for a while until we ran all the taps and left for dinner. The whole place feels like it tried so hard to be fancy, and got most of the way there but it still feels a little off. It also felt like a ghost town, barely saw 4 other people the whole time and the long marbled hallways echo the silence. But it's also just steps away from the start of the old city with plenty to eat and see.

Absolutely amazing room. If I hadn’t received that corner room with great view, I would have been quite disappointed with the hotel. You need to be prepared that, although the hotel has a great history and beautiful atmosphere, the corridors and entrance areas feel very old and could use renovation. I would definitely recommend booking one of the highest room categories. I would also like to thank Kristina at the reception, who did everything possible to make my stay and my day truly wonderful. ❤️🙏 And I highly recommend visiting the Focaccia restaurant downstairs and trying the tagliatelle with prawns — it was absolutely delicious. The only issue I had with the room was the bed. All the pillows was not comfortable and low quality. The king-size bed was made up of two separate mattresses, which created a gap in the middle. As a result, first night it felt like sleeping in a dip, which was quite uncomfortable. Oh….Also card was not working. I had to open door each time with the key 🔑😅

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Bellotto even before booking. Communication started, but then completely stopped for three days while I was trying to clarify important details for my stay. Initially, I received replies via WhatsApp, but then the communication suddenly disappeared, and I only received a response by email three days later. This was especially frustrating as I clearly explained that my stay was in just a few days and that it was for my birthday, asking the hotel to take this into consideration. The response itself was also unhelpful. The hotel refused to clarify basic details such as room size and view before payment. Considering that the room size varies significantly (from 27 to 42 m²), this lack of transparency is unacceptable. For a hotel positioning itself in the luxury segment, this level of communication and guest care is far below expectations. This is not the level of service one would expect from a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, this experience did not give me any confidence to proceed with the booking, and I would not consider staying here.
