Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room, shower area and furniture, as well as the condition of the towels, are particularly concerning to us. We take these standards very seriously. We will carry out an additional audit of the towels together with our Housekeeping Manager and review the points you mentioned with the relevant team to ensure that our quality standards are consistently maintained. We would also like to clarify the matter of early check-in. Within Accor hotels, early check-in before the standard check-in time may be subject to an additional fee, just as late check-out may also incur an additional charge, depending on availability. This is a standard hotel policy and is not intended to make guests feel unwelcome. During check-in, our reception team also routinely asks guests whether they would be interested in breakfast. This is part of our standard check-in procedure and is intended simply to inform guests about the services available at the hotel.
