We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nobu Warsaw. The hotel offers an excellent location and is exceptionally beautiful. Our room was outstanding, featuring a spacious living area, a full kitchen, and a well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. The accommodations were immaculately clean and fully met our high standards, which is not always easy to achieve. The staff were also excellent throughout our visit. My wife particularly appreciated the gym, which was well-equipped and met all of her needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also good since its located in the center of warsaw making it easy to walk around and explore nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions. There breakfast buffet was fine although my food took around 20 minutes to arrive, even though I only ordered eggs, which was a little disappointing. However, my server winston was very friendly and smiling. He was also attentive, and professional. He made sure I was comfortable and checked on me throughout my meal, which really helped make the experience more pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I love the decor and aesthetic although the minimalism might not be for everyone. The bed and room in general was super cozy. The breakfast was also a big high point! Everything was really good. However, our stay got off to a bit of a rough start as we couldn’t check in for more than an hour past our check in time. There was never anything really done to make up for it - we just had to sit in the lobby waiting. Plus, we booked through Chase and an Edit property, which typically allows for early check in. We were offered a drink while we waited, but the complimentary drink typically happens regardless at an Edit property. For such a nice hotel, this felt pretty unacceptable.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The design felt very industrial, with exposed concrete walls and little to no decoration, which made the atmosphere feel more like a parking structure than a hotel. There is also no spa, which was disappointing. The towels and bathrobes had an unpleasant smell, and the bed linen did not appear properly clean, with visible dark stains.

Had breakfast at Nobu Hotel Warsaw recently and really enjoyed it! There was a great variety of food, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The mackerel was especially good, and the Eggs Benedict was a must-try. Winston recommended it to us, and he was absolutely right! His mimosa was also fantastic. 😊 A special thank you to Janin and Winston for the lovely service. They were attentive and always ready to help, but never made us feel watched or rushed. Janin was warm and welcoming, and she was happy to answer our questions about the food. Winston was equally knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Great food, great service, and a lovely way to start the morning. Definitely recommend giving the breakfast at Nobu Hotel Warsaw a try!

The Nobu Hotel Warsaw is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. The design is modern and luxurious, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely stay here again for the comfort alone. That said, I don't think the service reflects a true five-star experience. While the staff were professional, the warmth, attentiveness, and friendliness you typically expect from a five-star hotel were missing. Simple touches, like being greeted warmly or having someone available to assist with luggage at the front entrance, would make a big difference. If you're visiting Warsaw and your priority is staying somewhere stylish, comfortable, and well-located, I'd definitely recommend Nobu. Just don't go expecting the level of hospitality and service that usually comes with a five-star hotel. There's plenty of room for improvement in that area.
