Wonderful hotel, really above and beyond what we expected. Everything was spotless, the staff were very kind and helpful, and it felt like they had thought of all the little details. There is a gym, sauna, ping pong, table football, a really fun arts and crafts corner for kids on weekends, and a small but very nice playroom for younger children. The breakfast deserves a special mention — it was rich, varied and excellent. Kasia and Victoria were especially lovely and made sure we had perfect service and a wonderful gluten-free breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Novotel Warszawa Centrum was a rather spontaneous, last-minute decision, chosen mainly because of its very convenient central location. Despite being such a short stay, the hotel managed to leave a very positive impression. We arrived well before midday, and considering the hotel had only around 20 minutes’ notice of our arrival, I was genuinely impressed that a room was already prepared for us. At check-in we were looked after by Paulina, a trainee, who deserves a special mention. She was friendly, patient and made a real effort to answer all of my questions — and I tend to have quite a few! Initially, we were offered an Executive Room on the 25th floor, which was a very nice upgrade, although it had two single beds rather than the double bed we would have preferred. After seeing the room, I returned to reception and spoke with Julka from Customer Relations. She was excellent: professional, personable and refreshingly good-humoured. After some discussion, she managed to move us to a room on the 27th floor, joking that I was a “hard bargain” when I also enquired about complimentary breakfast. 😂 She was actually kind enough to offer breakfast, but unfortunately our departure the following morning was so early that we could not take advantage of it. That interaction says quite a lot about the service here. Nothing felt confrontational or difficult — it was simply a friendly conversation with staff who genuinely tried to find a solution. We also received a lovely welcome amenity with chocolates and drinks, which was very much appreciated. One feature that genuinely surprised me was the sauna on the 31st floor, open 24 hours a day. I went up to have a look and found it extremely clean and well maintained. Having access to a sauna at any hour, particularly so high above Warsaw, is a fantastic feature and something I certainly did not expect. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be the welcome letter. The chocolates and drinks created a personal feeling, but the accompanying Polish/English A4 letter felt rather generic. A smaller personalised card with the guest’s name or a handwritten sentence would complement the otherwise excellent Platinum recognition much better. Overall, this was a very quick but very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, the high-floor rooms give the hotel a real Warsaw-city feel, the 24/7 sauna is a brilliant touch, but above all it was Paulina and Julka who made the experience memorable. Thank you to both of them for making a last-minute arrival feel anything but last-minute. We would very happily return — hopefully next time for long enough to actually have breakfast. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. A special thank you to Kasia from the hotel team for her kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service. She made every morning feel extra special and welcoming, which truly enhanced my stay. Thank you to Kasia agin for such a lovely experience! I would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

Fourth time visiting Warsaw and fourth time staying at Novotel Warsaw Center. The location couldn't be more perfect, it's easily accessible from the airport, as the bus stops right next to it. All forms of public transport are just a few steps away, so it's very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and if you're lucky, you will have the most beautiful view of the Palace of Culture and Science! The breakfast buffet is wonderful, serves a variety of fresh food, continental, healthy options and local specialities. Although I didn't need assistance, the staff were very kind and helpful in offering their services. Thank you, Novotel! See you again soon!

It's my third stay in this hotel. The best part of it is the location - in the very center of the city, close to shopping, trams, metro, buses (including the bus to/from the airport). The breakfast had a huge selection and the food is tasty. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower is nice, AC worked fine. The only problem is that the room is on the smaller size, but it has a couch in addition to beds, a desk and a chair, a small fridge, a kettle. And on each floor near the elevators you have a machine that fills water with and without gas for free. A nice touch!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Most attractions were within walking distance and tram and bus stations are right outsidevthe hotel. Main train station only 10 minutes easy walk. Beautiful city views from room on 15th floor.

This hotel has prime city center location with amazing views of the modern city skyline and the culture palace (former Stalin tower). The rooms could be bigger but they are comfortable, it is what it is. At the top of the building there is a great gym and spa, which also have the awesome city center views. The hotel restaurant and bar with live music is really good. Thumbs up to Daniel at the restaurant, he is really good. Special thanks to Alina (I think she was a front office supervisor, not sure) She went above and beyond with a special request and solving a minor issue. Everyone in general are polite and friendly. Great job. Thanks again.

I stayed at Novotel Warsaw Center during my trip and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The views from the higher floors are a great bonus and give a fantastic perspective over Warsaw. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a very good selection with plenty of options. The only thing worth mentioning is that some areas and room details feel a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Still, the location, convenience, and overall experience make it a very solid choice for staying in Warsaw. A great plus is their own parking across the street.
