I had a wonderful 5-night stay at The Westin Warsaw and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great work desk that made it easy to get some work done. The bed was excellent, and I also appreciated having both a bathtub and a separate shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, including an egg station where meals were prepared to order. The executive lounge was another nice perk, with snacks available throughout the day and beautiful views over the city. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options within easy reach. The only downside was the TV, which felt quite outdated. It didn’t support modern features like Netflix, AirPlay, or other streaming services, which would have been a nice addition for a hotel of this standard. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily choose The Westin Warsaw again on my next visit.

Wow! It is my first time in warsaw and I found this hotel because of my silver elite status. The room was absolutely amazing. I am on 14th floor. The view is also amazing. The room is super clean, the bed is cozy, the bathtube is also cozy. It is completely quiet at night. I slept very well. The breakfast is also amazing. Everything that i tried was delicious. As a special gift I received a Cocktail Voucher. Right now Iam enjoying a long island ice tea. I really enjoy my stay and recommend this hotel!!!

Great hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

We arrived at 9am and were not expecting to have the rooms ready, as we were looking forward to leaving our luggage and exploring the city. To our surprise, Martyna hands us our room keys and tells us to enjoy our post red eye flight nap. We were so happy and couldn't believe it! The property itself is wonderful and very clean, love the layout of the lobby with so much seating that you even have an opportunity to find a private quiet spot. The gym has brand new equipment and is open 24/7. This will happily be our new go to place to stay for future stays. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating Westin Warsaw! You really feel the Bonvoy hospitality here :)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is courteous and efficient. They were overwhelmingly busy due to many convention delegates in addition to the usual business travelers and guests. Despite being so busy they were always helpful, polite and prompt in their response and service. A highlight of this hotel is the three beautiful glass elevators which are quiet, speedy and offer great views. Classic rooms are small but clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Our city view was quite nice from the 13th floor. The breakfast was terrific and offered a lot of variety. Our group particularly enjoyed the coffee/espresso stations. We dined at the on-site restaurant, Fusion, one evening and we were all pleased with our selections. The bar is also very nice with friendly service and excellent cocktails. The spacious dining and lounge area is quite comfortable and the size proved helpful in accommodating so many guests. There are only a couple of negatives I can mention. One is the odd bathroom door design. They open like French doors. When closed, there is a slight gap between them and you are not able to lock them which inhibits privacy somewhat. The beds and linens are very comfortable, but unfortunately my bed frame seemed to be broken or damaged as it creaked extremely loudly every time I moved. We did mention it to the front desk and they said they would send up their engineer to check it out while we were out that day. I believe they must have done so as it seemed that the creaking did improve, although only slightly. I did not follow up with them, but I have no doubt if I had persisted in making the issue known that the staff would have done their best to address it further. Please note it did not affect the comfort of the bed. However, anytime I moved it was definitely a jolting disturbance to my mother who was trying to sleep in the other bed. In fact, she's the one who mentioned it to the front desk. :) Overall, I enjoyed this hotel very much and will not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Warsaw.

I‘m usually not a big review guy, but this hotel and especially the STAFF deserve all possible recognition!!! During two days, I did not encounter on member of the team that wasn‘t exceptionally friendly and professional - that really exceeded my expectations and I would like to extend my congratulations to all of them!! Besides that, the rooms and location are really great as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and Marcelina behind the bar was truly the best addition to our experience. Her service was absolutely amazing - always with a genuine smile, warm attitude, and attention to detail. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of friendly and welcoming service anywhere in a long time. She really made our stay feel extra special. Thank you, Marcelina! ⭐️

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Warsaw over the years, but The Westin Warsaw is the one I keep coming back to. The hotel itself is great, but what really makes it stand out is the people. I especially want to thank Agnieszka at the front desk. She is always welcoming, remembers returning guests, and genuinely cares that everything is right. Every time I arrive, she makes me feel like I’m coming back somewhere familiar. That kind of service is hard to find these days. The bar and restaurant are another reason I love staying here. The atmosphere is always relaxed, the service is excellent, and the staff makes it a place you actually want to spend your evening. A big thank you to Kasia Sala (Supervisor), Marcin (manager), Marcin (bartender), Karol(bartender), Michael(bartender), Marcelina(bartender), Mariia (restaurant), Amelia(restaurant), and Sonia (Front desk trainee). Every one of them has been friendly, professional, and always happy to help. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it really makes a difference. I’ve stayed at other Marriott hotels in Warsaw, but the team at The Westin is what keeps bringing me back. Thank you all for making every visit such a great experience and looking forward to my next stay.
