This might have taken only about an hour of my life, but this was still a horrible experience that I would NEVER want to endure again. Four star hotel with a 9.2 rating on booking? Sounds great! But when we arrived we were greeted with a terrible attitude, handed a stack of documents we had to fill out. Then, when giving us the room keys the woman at the front desk told us there would be no breakfasts which we already paid for, so we showed her the reservation which clearly stated a breakfast included. She said she would look again and said there was breakfast for only one room (we booked two rooms, both with breakfast, but we saw that already at the end). When we got our keycards we went to the elevators, which needed those to go anywhere. When we were struggling to figure it out, no one even cared enough to help, even though there were about 3 people there capable of lending a hand. After we got into the room, we were greeted with a weird smell and an extremely cold air conditioning temperature. At that point, we were far too tired to do anything. All of this was happening about at 12-1 am and we were already tired enough after a 15 hour drive. We laid down our things and went to bed when we saw the main gem of the story- BEDBUGS. We saw that pesky insect and immediately checked, it was definitely it. We immediately gathered our things and called the reception desk. The lady at the other line definitely had an attitude, felt like we were asking for something outlandishly outrageous. At the spur of the moment we asked for another room- to which we heard the cold answer of “we don’t have any more rooms left”, after which she seriously said something along the lines of “well if you are that scared, I will send a housekeeper so she will take it away” which honestly outraged me. I tried to reasonably explain that if one climbed out, there are more hiding and it means an infestation. To that she replied she didn’t believe that was the case and sent the housekeeper anyways. A few minutes later we realised the weight of the situation and called to get a refund. We were told to just come to the desk. So, no apologies? No nothing? The tone felt like this was not the first case which terrified us, How many people before and after us would see themselves bitten all over and bring the critters home? The housekeeper came when we left the apartment- we explained, there is no chance we will sleep the night with bedbugs and we were going someplace else. She calmly lead us to the front desk and we got the refund done- we have the receipt and now we hope the transaction will not be cancelled in the coming days and that we won’t bring anyone from this trip. The lady was even colder - not even a valediction. At that point we were happy to go away To sum it all up, there is a bedbug infestation and the staff was really rude. Adding a picture of the bug on the sheets.

Wonderful hotel. Affordable price and convinient location to the airport. Very clean. Good food. Plenty of parking. Staff mostly spoke English or was kind about my bad polish. 12/10 wpuld recomend.

I stayed here with my wife for one night. I give one star as I was bitten during my overnight stay. The bite looks like a bedbug (2x 3 dots). Since I had no time to play a detective to look for the culprit, I simply let the hotel staff know. They supposedly checked the room during our breakfast and found nothing. I don't know if and how they checked the room, but I expected nothing more of them as admitting bedbugs is a pandora box for a hotel. What matters is what they will actually do with this information. Depending how they act the room will be either the cleanest or worst one to stay in. As for the hotel itself. The staff was professional and helpful, especially during the night as we checked in late. The room's equipment looks rather old/worn but was functional and rather clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items in the open buffet. The location was perfect for us. It would be 4/5. Unfortunately given my earlier comment I cannot give it more than 1/5 and hope we have not brought a "souvenir" from there.

I had a pleasant stay at Warsaw Plaza Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel is located in a convenient area with good access to public transport and the airport. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options and was fresh and tasty.

I stayed for one night in the hotel. It is not far from airport, breakfast offers big choice. The rooms are spacious, not the latest but well maintened and very clean. Bed is comfortable and it is ver quiet. The restaurant was good but relatively busy during dinner. Receeption stuff is very polite and knows what service towards customer means. Absolutely recommended for a business stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Chopina. The rooms are soundproof, and the area is very quiet. Check-in and check-out are straightforward. The staff is polite and attentive. It’s not a luxury or high-end hotel, but it offers a solid, budget-friendly experience. The city centre is about 25 minutes away by car or 45 minutes by public transportation. The airport is just 5 minutes away by car..

Very convenient airport hotel with great rooms and perfect amenities. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and the free parking is a plus too. They have a bar and restaurant open til late, which is convenient for all guests. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and staff was friendly. Check-in process was very simple and the location is convenient. It was all great!
