I had a massage at the Spa Center with Alicja, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. She is extremely professional, kind, and truly talented at what she does. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and booked through Booking.com⁠. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is outstanding—right in the city center and within easy reach of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Our room was a spacious corner room featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and an enormous shower. The panoramic view from the room was spectacular, offering a beautiful overlook of the entire city. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products and plenty of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect central location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The panoramic view from our 32nd floor room was truly breathtaking. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the hall was spotless, and the interior design had a very elegant touch. Both the rooftop bar and the lobby bar were excellent spots to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We have spent two nights there. Highly recommend!

Great experience as room size is very good (twin bed is two super singles) and also we were lucky to upgrade to junior suite. Breakfast fantastic. Very near to train station and all local transport.

Amazing location, we had a very relaxing evening in the pool and sauna. Bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Definitely recommend staying here for a night when visiting Warsaw, especially as a couple, its very romantic.

The hotel has a perfect location in the center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It is located in the same building as a pharmacy and a supermarket, which is extremely practical. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an amazing view. The overall stay felt very comfortable and well maintained. Transportation is also very convenient — it is about 20 minutes to the airport by taxi or around 30 minutes by bus, with a stop just 3 minutes from the hotel.

An excellent hotel. Perhaps the best in terms of value. The hotel's strengths are its location, staff attitude (one of the best we ever had), cleanliness and breakfast. Excellent swimming pool and spa. Huge gym with a view of the pool. On the 40th floor there is a double-floor bar with a spectacular view and reasonable prices. We loved the hotel.
