Our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided amazing service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great amenities, an incredible pool, and a delicious made-to-order breakfast. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had a great layout — everything exceeded our expectations. We found this hotel through a blind deal on Priceline, and we were so surprised with how amazing it was. The location was also perfect because we could easily walk to many of the main attractions, including the monuments, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and the White House. Overall, this hotel was a wonderful surprise and one we would definitely recommend and stay at again!

Food and beverage was the best part of our stay. The full breakfast and evening reception made the vacation easy to manage. District Tap was busy but Mahlet, the server was holding it down! Food and beverage manager, ArchAngel was so kind, even stopped at our table to check on us. At the bar Rachelle recommended the best drinks. Best of all was Marlene at the District Tap - she was so kind and brightened our evenings. |Overall enjoyed our stay.

First time I have stayed at this particular location. The hotel overall was nice, it was clean, the staff were very professional yet friendly. Although the breakfast guy that closes the doors at end of breakfast time is very punctual and seems a bit grumpy at times. The morning buffet was luke warm most of the time, but the fresh cooked omelets and/or eggs were a nice option and tasty. There were also some light bites options available. The room visually overall looked and smelled clean, although under the bed and in the corners of the room had a little dust accumulation. Perhaps the room needed a deep clean and a little maintenance to touch up a few paint bubbles in the bathroom ceiling. My main issue was the bed, it's very firm and seemed a little old it squeaked sometimes when you sat or moved around on it. If you enjoy an ultra firm bed it likely won't be an issue for you. The other thing is the $25 "destination charge" which is a basically a pre-paid $25 credit charged each night you stay, that you "can" use in the hotel shop or in the District Tap for food. If you don't use it you "lose" it. It forces you into either eating at the District Tap or buy stuff in the shop.

The hotel is beautiful and has a very good location. The only thing I would improve is the food and drinks, as I think there is room for improvement in that area. I especially want to mention Yancy at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful and very kind. I had made a mistake with my reservation, and she went above and beyond to help us change it. She was always attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Her kindness and excellent customer service really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Loved the lobby of the hotel, really pretty water feature and our room was also VERY nicely decorated and super clean. Breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! (Made to order omelettes, by the nicest staff!) What a treat! And free Happy Hour - thank you!!

I would love to give this hotel more stars because everyone who interacted with was wonderful, the location was perfect, and it was incredibly clean, but our room was absurdly hot the whole time. The AC is set to a motion sensor and would turn off after a few minutes, not even cooling the room down. All night I had to get up and walk in front of the sensor to turn it back on until the room finally cooled down when it cooled down outside. Absolutely ruined an otherwise wonderful room/hotel visit.

Great location, very nice hotel. Best breakfast on the road. Maybe the best anywhere. Custom omelettes are great. Be careful pulling into driveway. You go to the second opening not the first then you circle back. Beware of parking fee. I think I heard it's over $70 per night.
