As with every Four Seasons we stay at the staff are top notch - anticipating and ready to help at any given moment. Our first room unfortunately had a residual smell of someone who had smoked in it (of course against hotel rules)- not a problem we got switched out into a nicer room. This was in the wing extension - whilst it was very large and nicely decorated I would have probably added another carpet to soften the space as is so large. The gym facility was perfect. The breakfast room also served very healthy dishes, and hey presto they had Matzah for the holiday. Just a shame that the architecture of the building is not in keeping with Georgetown splendour.

High tea at the Four Seasons is not as formal some of the other high end hotels in town, and that’s a good thing. The dining room is comfortable, but not overly done. The staff is attentive without hovering. There is a wide variety of tease to sample. There are several selections of savory and sweet options as well as a delicious full-size scone with clotted cream, jam and honey. The combinations of taste were delicious. Staff frequently inquired about allergies before serving us. Yes it’s expensive but you get a lot for your money.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Georgetown! The Four Seasons offers an elegant atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, and outstanding attention to detail. Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC was truly exceptional. Beyond the wonderful location in Georgetown, what stood out most was the incredibly warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A very special thank you to Julia, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a wonderful impression on us. Our room was spectacular, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the restaurant experience was equally outstanding. Special thanks to Calla for the exceptional service and for making our dining experience so memorable. From the beautiful setting to the thoughtful service and attention to every detail, the Four Seasons Washington, DC truly delivers the level of hospitality you hope for from a luxury hotel. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here, a truly beautiful property that lives up to the high standards you expect from Four Seasons. Everything about our stay was excellent. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade, which did come with a small additional charge though, but it was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful and made our stay more comfortable. What we especially appreciated was the incredible attention and care shown to our children, as well as to us. The staff was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa and pool, which was a shame, but it gives us another reason to come back. We will definitely return here. A beautiful hotel, exceptional service, and a truly memorable stay!

Best weekend trip - friendly and amazing staff, great spa and massage and best location. The rooms were very spacious and pleasant to work in and the courtyard is very cozy. Would come back again for sure. Everyone is very personable and they make sure you have everything you need here.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Georgetown was the perfect start to our Fourth of July trip to visit family. From the moment we arrived, the service was simply unmatched. Although it was our first stay, the entire team welcomed us as if we were family coming home. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. It was delicious, flavorful, and the menu had a variety of options. Our server was especially delightful, and we enjoyed talking with her about our recent trip to Thailand. She even shared thoughtful recommendations for future travels, making the experience feel genuinely personal. What impressed us most was the level of care shown throughout our stay. Even the smallest imperfection (very small) was met with an incredibly generous gesture, a bottle of wine and a beautiful fruit basket, which was far beyond anything we expected. It’s this kind of hospitality that sets Four Seasons apart. The team made us feel like family, and that’s something we don’t forget. We’ve gotten to the point where we can’t stay with other hotel brands because they can’t compete even in the slightest. We can’t wait to return the next time we’re in DC visiting family.
