I had an absolute blast staying at this fantastic five-star hotel during my recent business trip to Xiamen! The location could not be more convenient, being so close to both the airport and the high-speed train station, which made getting around entirely stress-free. From the moment I checked in, the staff took exceptional care of me and even offered a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor. Having access to the executive lounge was an extremely perfect touch, offering lovely refreshments and a quiet atmosphere to get some work done in the evenings. The property has a wonderful, classic charm to it, and everything was kept spotless and immaculately clean. The service throughout my stay was definitly world-class, with attentive team members who always greeted me with warm smiles. I will gladly return here next time I visit the city!

Close to the harbour and to the airport. The room has a very good view while it’s a little too old, same as the public space. However it’s down to the standard of other Hilton hotels I knew. Service is good anyway with smiling people.

Spent 2 nights here. Fab location for airport and easy distance to Xiamen beaches. Rooms very good. Breakfast and Cantonese restaurant very good too.

the bed is quite small and soft for double. Interrupting your partner is you turn or move your body. Breakfast and services is just acceptable

I enjoyed my stay here, great views over the bay, rooms were clean, air conditioning worked well. Plenty of light in rooms, basically everything had everything needed. Breakfast has vast selection. Most staff spoke enough english it was easy to get by.

Hotel is very clean. There is minimum to no smoke smell for a smoke free room. Sea view is pretty good. It can get quite warm early in the morning due to the sun directly shining in. But it is expected due to the unblocked sea view. Brilliant Night view, highly recommended. Outlet store very nearby. A couple of nature walks around the area. Easy to get by around by DiDi. Towels, bathrobes and floormat are changed daily.The only thing to hope for is to have a self service DIY Laundry room, so that guests could use for laundry if possible.

Hotel was good, check in was also very smooth and easy. We only stayed one night and came in too tired to pay attention to cleanliness. The first hotel I came across that did not provide creamer with the coffee / tea packets. This is such a basic thing to provide.

The hotel is excellent in their service, when I need extra water, they can always send me within 10 minutes. The last day for my stay there, I asked to take a shower after a whole-day trip, they even extended my check out time. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much
