We made reservation 3 month advance (2 families). Owner CANCELLED our reservation ON THE SAME DAY when we arrived to Zadar and stopped any way of contact with her. The appartments appeared on the same day at booking.com with higher price! This led to serious consequences because we had to find any available appartments for 2 families ASAP which doubled the price of stay! Definitelly not recommend - that costed us a lot of effort and money to find something immediatelly after 11 hours long travel to Zadar.

(Translated by Google) Wonderful apartments on the first floor. Clean, cozy. Separate entrance, own terrace overlooking the garden with olive trees, peach, tangerine and pomegranate trees. There is everything you need: washing machine, dishes, iron, air conditioning, refrigerator, boiler, good wi-fi, dryer, there is even a beach umbrella. Nearby bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby pizzeria and minimarket. Friendly owner, always in touch and happy to help. Late check-in is possible, which in my case was very important. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

(Translated by Google) Great rooms, a room with a kitchenette and outdoor seating, spotlessly clean, and close to the sea. Next door is the Mamma Mia restaurant, which serves delicious food. The old town is less than an hour's walk away, but you can also get there by bus or Bolt. Very friendly hosts, good price. I wholeheartedly recommend it :) (Original) Super pokoje, pokój z aneksem kuchennym, z miejscem do siedzenia na zewnątrz, czyściutko, blisko morza. Polecam z czystym sumieniem :)
