We are very satisfied with the hotel we booked for our parents. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout their stay. The food was also very good, with a nice variety of meals and excellent quality. Our parents had a wonderful experience, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Really lovely hotel. We had room 214 with sea facing balcony. Room was spacious, with air con, tv, hairdryer, toiletries including conditioner, mini bar and towels. Pool towels were available. I asked for a kettle in my room. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of bread/ pastries, yogurt fruit cheese meat cooked breakfast. Food at pool bar was also good and reasonably priced. You can just go out back gate from pool area, across small road to beach. There are some bars and restaurants here. Old town is about 20 minute nice walk. Lovely pool and also shallow pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to Kolovare Beach, which is a great advantage. There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds. The rooms are quite small. I think it would be better to replace the carpets, as they have an unpleasant smell. Tiled or laminated flooring would make the rooms feel much cleaner and fresher. The restaurant serves fish, meat, and delicious fresh fruit, but the menu is almost the same every day. Drinks are not included with dinner and must be paid for separately. Tap water is available to drink. Slippers are not provided in the room, but you can request them at the reception. Free parking is available for hotel guests. The bed sheets haven't been changed yet, I've been here for three nights. Towels are changed every day.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, some of the reviews on here make me wonder if they are the same place! The room was modern, spotless and we had a lovely Seaview . Reception team were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great with a large selection of hot and cold, breads yoghurt fruit etc.|Plentiful and extensive choice. |The pool area was lovely and 1 minute walk to the beach with a few nice bars just next to the hotel.|Zadar itself is a beautiful place, I would definitely recommend staying here if you want the pool and at 90° whilst we were there it was very welcoming! Pool towels also are a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is very good. Parking is available in the hotel parking lot, in a parking lot closed off by a barrier. The room is sophisticated, nice, clean, we asked for a room with a sea view, the view is truly wonderful. The staff is very kind, helpful. The breakfast was delicious, there was a large selection. We were out of season, so there were plenty of people in the hotel. The old town and the beach are very close.

During our stay, my colleagues and I had dinner at the restaurant every evening. Unfortunately, after almost every dinner, several of us experienced diarrhea shortly after eating. This was very concerning, as it happened repeatedly and affected multiple people in our group. We strongly recommend that the management review food safety, hygiene, and handling practices to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

Great pool, nice quiet location but beds very uncomfortable so we couldn’t get a decent nights sleep. Pool bar staff, specifically the male ones seemed almost offended when you ordered food or drinks from them.
