Beautifully located, immaculately clean and with superb service. Team's hospitality exceeded my expectations. Nice clean pool, comfy loungers with see view. Live music on Saturdays. Perfect location for a relaxed holiday.

This is my second trip to Marea (previously under another name but with the same owners). I only want to talk about how much I like it if you all promise not to book in for the same weeks that I visit again. It’s quiet, which I love, but within walking distance of busier Paje. The rooms are clean, well-sized, have aircon, fans and cute balconies. Some of the rooms have just been redesigned, and I know there are more upgrades in the works. It has a wonderful Neapolitan restaurant, which is helpful because you don’t ever feel like you *need* to hunt for other food. It has a perfectly sized pool which never feels crowded, and not being in the centre of the resort, doesn’t come with lots of eyes gazing in your direction. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. They always have a smile and a kind word. Service is good and easy. It’s a great find for those looking for a boutique family run resort that also doesn’t break the bank.

The hotel is quiet, at a beautiful location by the beach side. Also the hotel room that we stayed in was spacious and always tidy. Lastly, the breakfast was of good portion and tasty.

Very chill location in Jambiani. Think of it as a getaway. There aren’t any TVs in the rooms. So it’s best if you want a quiet place. There’s a friendly dog on the property. Don’t panic when you see him. The staff are very friendly as well.

We had the best experience here. There is not bad words about this place. Amazing food,amazing services and amazing staff. They made our holiday to feel 100 times better than we expected. We truly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place. We had a couple of issues when we first got here but they were fixed. My problem is why is there A HUMONGOUS DOG roaming freely in a hotel??? It’s a hotel!! people could be allergic/scared like me. I can’t even freely roam in the hotel because of this dog) I almost had a heart attack this evening seeing the dog lying on the staircase and so I couldn’t go downstairs Also at breakfast, is is so difficult to fill the juice glass? If you’re going to serve half a glass of juice then don’t serve it at all I enjoyed my authentic Italian bruschetta which is difficult to find in African restaurants I took a bajillion pictures on the compound. The property is beautiful but I won’t ever be returning because I don’t want to be hiding from dogs when I’m in a hotel

We've been there for a week with my girlfriend and this place made me feel so happy and special. From the moment of entering the territory, the personnel of the hotel was so nice to us and very attentive, both at the reception and the restaurant. By the way, the food is amazing at the restaurant, we recommend it 100%. The food there is delicious and the service all the time was making us smile and feel special. We personally recommend Linguine Gamberi e Grana, Pizza Capricciosa and Zuppa Di Pesce. Also, the breakfast is phenomenal there, I felt full for the half of the day! We also received a free massage for both which was amazing! Also, we felt safe because there was security on the territory. In general, this experience was so so good and we are super glad that we chose it. Please, say hi to Lova, Joyce!
