We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed by both the facilities and the service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable.What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding assistance provided by 罗群and 陈管家From the moment we arrived, 罗群 was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. She was patiently helped us plan our routes and provided valuable local travel advice, which saved us a lot of time and made our sightseeing much more convenient. In addition, 罗群 went above and beyond in helping us secure discounted tickets for several attractions, allowing us to enjoy our trip while saving money.The warm hospitality, dedication, and excellent customer service shown by 罗群 made a lasting impression on us. We are sincerely grateful for all the assistance and would like to extend our special thanks. Staff members like 罗群 are a great asset to the hotel.We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel staff are great including manager and staff, Shawshu (little bear) and all staff were excellent. Receptionist all were great, the housekeeping were great, the restaurant staff great.. we forgot our phone on the train, the hotel receptionists and manager helped me track it down and ship it to the hotel from another city that it went to. They provided discount on extra breakfast, the restaurant made us vegetarian noodles based on our dietary equest. They helped us with taxi issues too.. the toilet is smart and the curtains are smart. So thank you everybody.. thanks a lot to all

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in China with our kids. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us despite the language barrier. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.The hotel itself is very modern and high-tech, with impressive technology and excellent amenities that made everything convenient and enjoyable for families. From smart room features to the overall cleanliness and comfort, everything was superb.Also its so near to Tianmen mountain cable car that's best part .Highly recommended for families visiting China — a perfect combination of great service, comfort, and technology!

Hotels staffs (day shift staffs) extremely have service mind. They helped us ordered cake and beverage which that need to use Chinese account for this order. I am very impressed with this service. The rooms are also very clean and the location is really close to cable car station to Tianmen mountain; walked around 10 min. I chose non-smoking rooms, all the floor is truely non-smoking area. Normally this option, of other hotels in China only room is non-smoking but outside the room is still a smoking area. Breakfast is also worth to buy.

Jinjiang Metropolo:The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Tianmenshan cableway and food outlets. The front desk staff are attentive and approachable. The room is spacious and bright, and the sheets and towels are fresh and clean too. However, the ventilation is a bit stale despite having opened the windows.

Excellent location, very good facility, it was a fantastic stay. Area around the hotel is very bustling and great street food spots just a few mins walk. Cable station is 5 mins walk as well. They have laundry facility includes free washing and drying which was a good help. They have automated system to get extra towels or other stuff. Stroll around the hotel and enjoy local food and local life.

Biggest issue is the self serve laundry, it’s a free for all but should be better managed. Other guests just take out your laundry the second it’s done, can’t even wait one minute. An old man grabbed my panties out of the dryer, made me so uncomfortable. I was right there, the machine just ended.

This accommodation offers great value, a varied breakfast, and a fantastic location. You can easily walk to the bus stop for Tianmen Mountain. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and most importantly, all the staff are incredibly helpful with travel plans and ticket purchases. Highly recommend!
