Trip.com· 4 months agoThe hotel's location is outstanding — the entrance to Tianmen Mountain is literally just across the road, making it incredibly convenient, especially for those planning an early start. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and massage outlets nearby, so everything you need is within easy walking distance.The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, featuring the familiar Hampton design that is modern, functional, and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room with a view of Tianmen Mountain. Although the mountain is partially framed between two buildings, it was still a lovely sight and added a special touch to the stay.Breakfast was good and provided a decent variety of options. While the spread may not be the most extensive, there was certainly enough selection to satisfy different tastes and start the day well.Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return. The unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent convenience make this hotel a fantastic base for exploring Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Zhangjiajie.

I wish I could give it 5 stars but I asked the staff why my room would not go below 76 degrees Fahrenheit and they told me their air conditioning is off for the season. When staying at a nice (and not cheap) hotel, in a city that feels tropical, the last thing I want to do is sweat all day and THEN throughout the night. We have been all over Asia and this has not been a problem yet. However, here, it is. I cannot sleep without waking up in a puddle and find it kind of problematic for a “Hilton” partner. My grandmother is 90 years old, traveling with us and due to her heart conditions, sleeping in a HOT room is actually not healthy for her. Staff was able to provide a fan after waiting an hour. But you know how much that helped…. We will be booking elsewhere next time.

Trip.com· 4 months agoWe had a great experience here. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. They even surprised my sister in law with a whole birthday cake and gift on her birthday! Location is awesome as it is just across the entrance to the cable car station going to the Tianmen Mountain. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Free refreshments in the lobby. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoStayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie and the location is very convenient as you can walk across the street to go to the Tianmenshan cable car and there’s a lot of restaurants close by if you want to get something to eat. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, especially the luxurious bathroom. Beds were cozy and the best part was the service and the free laundry room. The washers automatically dispense detergent when running a wash and the dryers were fast and efficient. Would stay here again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie!

Trip.com· 5 months agoThis was by far the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Zhangjiajie.The location is unbeatable—right across from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. It only takes a few minutes to walk there, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, especially if you’re traveling with children or elderly family members.The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel also offers laundry facilities, which was a huge convenience during our stay.What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.Everything you need is nearby, including restaurants and shops. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie with family, especially children or seniors, this hotel is an excellent choice.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Trip.com· 4 months agoThe location is great, close to the train station, airport and city center, plus the cable car to tianmen mountain, the breakfast was extremely diverse and tasty, cleanliness in very spacious rooms, everything was superlative, above all the staff was extremely kind, nice and willing to help us which made our stay great. Special thanks to the lady on night duty who helped us change the room and was extremely nice to us. P.S. At the moment, there is work being done in front of the hotel on a gigantic construction which generates some noise but it is not the hotel's fault and they do everything to make the stay great

Google· a month agoJust allotting Hilton name is not enough. People in west buy this name easily but it needs a proper back up. Breakfast timing 0630 to 10 am. Stayed here for 2 nights. At 0855 am telling me no bread since too many people in hotel. I was shocked . For international level breakfast I can rate them 2 or 3 although 5 for Chinese stuff. Definitely needs major improvement as far as international travelers is concerned. All others areas are reasonable.

Trip.com· 4 months agoOne of the best guest service in China that we have stayed, they even gave us free tea when checking out. The room is spacious. The lobby has plenty of seats to relax while waiting to depart or check-in, and with refreshments too. Many restaurants and massages areas near the hotel. Across the road is the cable cars to Tianmen mountain, very convenient. Best location!
