The Inn is in a commercial building,next to the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station, which is close to the Zhangjiajie Railway Station. The reception is on the first floor, however, the rooms for the gusts to sleep are on a few floors in the commercial building. Only one lift is available for the guests to take in a dark corner. The corridor from the reception counter to the lift is narrow, and crowded with other people who intend to take other lifts to other floors than those managed by the Inn. A public computer is available for the guests to use freely on the ground floor, however passwords have to be obtained and keyed in first. The room was clean and comfortable.

•The direction they show in their website is wrong, I will try to put a picture with the right location. •The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful regarding any mater. • They could not find our booking name( even with the booking reference number), it took us a good 20 min trying to explain the 3 girls in the counter. • The praise we booked the hotel wasn't the price they are asking for, their booking price and payed price does not match( without counting the deposit). In conclusion I will definitely not booking with this chain again, I seriously don't understand how they are a 3 star hotel. The only good thing is that is just in front of the station.
