We had a wonderful experience at XANA Deluxe Zhangjiajie, and we especially want to highlight Echo at the front desk for her exceptional service. First, we truly appreciated being allowed an early check-in when we arrived around 12 noon, it made a big difference after our travel. The room itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout. We left around 1 PM for an excursion and kept the windows open, hoping it would improve. However, when we returned around 8 PM, the smell was still quite strong and was giving us headaches. We went to the front desk and spoke with Echo to see if it would be possible to move rooms. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She showed us four different rooms so we could choose what felt most comfortable. In the end, we decided to downgrade to a different room since many of the rooms we originally booked had mahjong tables, where smoking is more common. Echo truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She handled everything with such a friendly and caring attitude. She even gave us a small treat and a cute little dinosaur for my stepson, which was such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, she complimented me by saying I look like Lisa (the Thai rapper/singer), which was so sweet and made my day! Overall, while we initially had an issue with the room, Echo’s outstanding service completely turned our experience around. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and her kindness exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Echo, for making our stay so much better we truly appreciate you!

We stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights. We booked one additional night at the desk. All worked fine and easy. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was great.Service was amazing. Especially Echo who helped us a lot with finding good Restaurants, Attractions and helped us with other questions. One of the few people with great english skills 👍🏻.

This hotel exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Check-in was quick and friendly, our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept better than we have in years. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and the amenities were top-notch. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this place gets everything right. We’ll without a doubt be coming back on our next visit, and we’d recommend it to absolutely anyone!

Recommend!! Stayed here with my family of 4 in the lofted 2nd floor rooms. King bed in the lofted space and Queen bed in the lower area. Everything super clean and plenty of space to be comfortable. Two large screen TVs, one in front of each bed so your kids can watch TV separately. Floor is carpeted but it wasn’t an issue for my family and our allergies. Air conditioner units are powerful and there are units in the loft and also in the lower area. It’s a newer hotel so everything is clean and in great shape. Front desk is super kind and helpful. Echo speaks English well and made it easier for us to communicate as we are an English speaking family. She was there to help us check in and gave her WeChat info so we can message her with any needs or concerns. If she’s not there, the girls at the desk are all willing to help and use their devices to translate. Easy walk to the Gondola to get up to Tianmen mountain and if you’re looking for a lively place to get snacks and meals, cross the river/bridge to Huilong and Renmin Roads. It’s also a nice walk along the river side where at this time of year (April) the trees all along the river were in bloom.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tianmen mountain entry and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The view we got was really good! The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that the breakfast was just ok but still plentiful for a day out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a complete Super Deluxe and delight! Very beautiful hotel. Pleasant aroma everywhere inside. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Thanks to the girl Echo at the reception for her help. We checked in at 12:15, didn't have to wait. Everything in the room is very good and comfortable, every detail is thought out. There is a sleep mode, all the lights turn off with one button and the curtains close. An ambient mode with pleasant night illumination. Reading light mode. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept very well. Two pillows - orthopedic and with some kind of husk inside. The restaurant is beautiful, with high ceilings. The breakfast is very tasty, everything is fresh. This is the best hotel we've been to in China. I'll recommend it to my friends. During the eviction, they presented a large package with gifts.

Service and hotel were both excellent! We booked this hotel very last minute, and were blown away by the cleanliness and amenities. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. There is laundry service as well which was quick and efficient. It was convenient to go to Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is nice and clean with good view on request. Good location. It is close to the Zhangjiajie scenic cable car area. Close to amentities with a nearby supermarket only about 5 min walk from the hotelWe enjoy the stay in this hotel. The only feedback is that the hotel does not provide a fridge in the room. The facilities will recieve a 5/5 if there is a fridge in the room
