Tripadvisor· 13 years agoNot a great hotel, rooms and common areas need updating. I stayed here as part of a tour but wouldnt stay there again. Location isnt great as its far away from the central area and surrounding attractions. Staff are generally unhelpful and dont speak english.

Tripadvisor· 15 years ago(Translated by Google) Located next to tourist attractions in Zhangjiajie, the service was quite attentive, with a guide and all the tour arrangements made. There were many restaurants and chefs, offering a variety of dishes, especially spicy food, which is popular in the south. Transportation has only become more convenient in recent years, but this hotel was alright for the local area; it's still a bit less upscale compared to what we have back home.

Tripadvisor· 16 years ago(Translated by Google) The cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was quite good. The only inconvenience of this hotel is that it's very popular; they have two airport shuttle buses, and there are many guests, so sometimes it's hard to book a room. If you can get a room, this hotel is quite good. They have their own shuttle bus that picks up guests from the airport every day, so there are many guests. They provide free breakfast; breakfast vouchers are given in the rooms. The food is decent, better than street food, and the taste is acceptable. Last time I went, there were no parking spaces available; their parking lot was full. They were very professional. It was 11 pm, and my car was parked in the aisle with no spaces. They backed out their own car to make room for me. I felt they were very considerate, as the next morning, other cars might scrape my car. They were very thoughtful in this regard, and I was very touched that night. Given its popularity and large size, it's rare to find a hotel that respects its guests.

Tripadvisor· 16 years ago(Translated by Google) This is the hotel we stayed at in Zhangjiajie city. It was quite comfortable. The restaurant on the second floor was particularly good; the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory and clean. It was also conveniently located near the train station.

Tripadvisor· 16 years ago(Translated by Google) I was quite satisfied with the hygiene and service. The location was decent, close to both the airport and train station (about a 40-minute drive). There's a shuttle bus available, and breakfast is provided, though a bit bland, but with a fairly good variety. The shopping plazas nearby are quite far; it takes about 15 minutes by bus to get to the city center. The space is large enough for one person, and there's wired internet with a fairly fast connection. The natural light is also quite good.

Tripadvisor· 16 years ago(Translated by Google) When traveling to smaller cities, accommodation requirements aren't as high, and this place seemed relatively inexpensive, though I can't recall the exact price. The room had a slight musty smell, but it was clean enough. Taking taxis in Zhangjiajie is strange; taxis are shared by several strangers, and the driver stops whenever someone waves, like a public bus.

Tripadvisor· 15 years ago(Translated by Google) This hotel looks like it's been around for 10 or 20 years. The rooms were damp and had a strange smell. The cleanliness wasn't great either; one of our colleagues found a bug on the bed. They said it's a four-star hotel, but I think it's at most one-star. I don't know their prices, but anything over 300 yuan seems expensive. The service was terrible; when I asked them why something was like that, they just said it was like that. And getting anything from them was incredibly complicated.
