Tripadvisor· 6 months agoThe room is big but lightings inside the bathroom, toilet is very dim! Toilet doesn’t smell very nice! |The view is however very nice overlooking the water and the big piazza watching women dancing. |Convenient location, easily walking to lots of eateries and 3rd massage place and being a hotel guest can pay member’s price! |I very much enjoyed my daily breakfast but my partner didn’t as he prefers European breakfast over Chinese. |Staff are friendly and overall I scrored the hotel above average.

Google· 2 years agoI went here two times, each one night. The outside is fascinating, but the rooms it'self not so much. The design is old-fashioned, combined with most things being worn out/creaky and some even broken. Beds were good, slept like a stone on them, but the doors and windows are not soundproof so sleeping can be difficult. Good location, food is overall mediocre, nothing outstanding. Foreigners might not find this hotel as appealing, because it's catered to chinese culture.

Google· 3 months agoAir conditioner doesn't work. Staff was helpful and friendly. It's unfortunate that this place just poorly maintained. Probably shouldn't let people smoke freely all over the hotel.

Tripadvisor· a year agoWhen we stepped into the room our shoes were sticking to the floor. The room was a good size but felt dirty. The carpet looked dirty, the shower had mildew, the sink had mold. I used the bath mat to step inside the shower and boiled several pots of water to attempt to try and sanitize. It was that disgusting. This hotel is in need of a good scrub down. There were shower slippers which were supposedly disinfected but looked dirty. Fortunately I travel with my own slippers. I didn’t want my feet on the carpet or floors of the room. |When I went to find this hotel to write a review, I had to do a double take. I almost passed it by because the photos online are not a representation of the room or the hotel.

The team was very nice to me, Mrs Li, the floor manager of 15th floor delivered fruits and dessert at afternoon/evening, the room was always ready (ac on) by the time i returned in the evening or night time.|The only negative point, is that at the reception and other common areas, it was allowed for other guest to smoke, making the environment VERY UNPLEASET.

Tripadvisor· 7 years agoIf you speak Chinese or can manage without English speaking environment, this hotel has plenty to offer; and more importantly it offers great value. Hotel is situated back to the cable car station to Tianmen Shan (the most famous local tourist attraction). Hotel is located in central Zhang Huajie city. Hotel has good facilities to offer, albeit most are catered for domestic tourists. Buffet breakfast is good, but again mainly Chinese dishes.

Tripadvisor· 6 years agoStunning room and view if it wouldn't be for mold in the shower and little bugs running around in the basin and bath tub. Wall tiles coming loose in the toilet. Breakfast very poor selection. If Hotel management would maintain their property this Hotel would have potential to be an attractive property.

Google· 7 years agoOkay hotel. It is a 5 star Chinese hotel but more like a 2 star American hotel. The rooms are clean and serve their purpose. The hotel is listed as non smoking and signs are posted everywhere but everyone including employees smoke all over the hotel. There is a complimentary breakfast included but we only ate breakfast once.
