The hotel itself is clean, relatively new and practical, and the self check-in system is pretty convenient since you can do everything without needing to talk to anyone. It's also a decent value for money. However, there is no elevator for guests, only for luggage, the room is not very spacious and the bathroom is extremely tight. The shower is especially uncomfortable, it's so small that the shower curtain keeps sticking to your body all the time while you are trying to shower. Practical and economical for a short stay, but definitely not very comfortable.

Pros: Good value for money, very clean and relatively new structure, practical self check-in system that allows you to check in without needing to talk to anyone. Cons: There is no elevator for guests, only one for luggage, the room is not particularly spacious and the bathroom is extremely tight and uncomfortable. The shower was by far the worst part, it is so small that the shower curtain keeps sticking to your body while you are trying to shower, which makes the whole experience very uncomfortable.

Don't even bother, if you want to wait for everything and in the end get a small room with a bed. That's it. They charge for everything including cleaning. They won't give you an early checkin even if you arrive at 14:55. You wait till 15:05 before you are given a room or you pay.

The location was excellent, about 12 minutes from the train station. There were few rooms, but they were adequate. However, the most unacceptable thing was that after showering, water seeped into the room floor – this was unacceptable.A commendable aspect was its completely self-service system. The best feature was the self-service luggage storage, where you could set your own password to lock your luggage – excellent! The only downside was the lack of a lift, which was very inconvenient for carrying large luggage. On the other hand, there was a luggage lift. Since it only allowed luggage to be lifted, guests didn't need to carry their luggage up the stairs; they could simply go to their floor to retrieve it. This was the hotel's most unique and biggest advantage.

🌟🌟🌟 Smooth self-check-in & good for short solo stays, but compact for groups This is a fully self-service, receptionist-free hotel, and the check-in and registration process was incredibly easy and smooth. The overall performance matches exactly what you’d expect from a simple, budget-designed hotel. The rooms are quite small, and the TVs lack smart features like Netflix or similar apps. While it is absolutely ideal and functional for a single-day trip, planning a multi-day vacation here with two women would be quite tight and challenging due to the limited space. The location is decent—about 1.5 km away from the city center—but the surrounding area is great, with plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Good for a quick, no-frills stopover!

This hotel does have some good points which are its location is near the main train station Zurich HB and the city center. It was also reasonably clean. As a budget hotel, the easy in its name ‘EasyHotel’ seems to stand for it being easy for the owner to collect money from guests as it certainly isn’t easy for guests whenever something goes wrong. There is no elevator for guests and when we were leaving, the luggage elevator was broken. When I injured my leg and needed to find a wheelchair, the office’s response was that they are a budget hotel and don’t have service to help guests. They weren’t even willing to make a phone call to a wheelchair rental place since our out-of-Switzerland phones couldn’t phone them. The look of the interior was also more like a warehouse than a hotel with its overly use of orange and industrial-style of bathroom. The bottom line is, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for two nights. On the second day, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced, so I couldn’t take a shower. The light in the shower room was broken and was flickering intensely. The surrounding noise was also very bad.

Unfortunately, while we were staying here. Our first room had a broken shower door, the staff were quick at helping with this and switched our rooms which was impressive. However, day 2 here the hot water and heating stopped working in the hotel. Our friends were on level 3 and had neither working and we were level 2. We had to have cold showers, in 0° weather with no heating in rooms. Really unimpressed by this place and I have never had any issues like this accommodation before. They were prompt to switch our room and I appreciate the first service. But I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here due to the faulty accommodation.
