I had a great, efficient one night stay. The gentleman at reception when I checked in was super friendly and even moved things around so I could have an early check in. All the other staff were really friendly as well. Location was great and they even had AC in the room which I did not expect but was much appreciated with the heat.

Centrally located, but set back slightly in a quiet road, I found the hotel to be very clean, with great aircon and a super comfy bed. It had good wifi and everything I needed. The breakfast was good value for Zurich, as was the hotel. And thank you to the kind and helpful staff. They gave me lots of info, stored my luggage after check out, and ran after me when I forgot my jacket. I would stay again when I need a good value and well located hotel in Zurich.

Room and bathroom was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of three. The air conditioner would not get cold, even though it was functioning; simply needed to be recharged. Breakfast was bland, with no seasonal fruit, day old commercial bread rolls, just two soft cheese varieties and sliced turkey. Eggs were gone. Coffee machines kept needing to be tended-to in order to function.

The location is good, being an easy walk to the train station and old town. The front desk personnel were courteous and helpful. The mattresses seemed pretty worn. The continental breakfast was poor. In hindsight I wish we would have eaten elsewhere. In June when we were there, the room was too warm and, unfortunately, the AC wouldn’t engage unless the outside temperature was hot. Opening the window would have sufficed but for the street noise. Because of the uncomfortably warm room, I would not stay here again.

We booked a twin room and it was spacious enough for us. The room was clean and the Aircon worked very well. This was important as Zurich was very hot during the day. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good, with a good spread of bread, eggs and jams.

My family of 4 (with kids 19 and 17) had a lovely stay in one of the quad rooms. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal - close enough to walk from the train station, but far enough away that it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich.

As a family of four with two teen boys we had a good experience staying at this place. The location is very convenient, about 7-10 minutes walk from Zurich HB station, and that’s including the five luggage bags that we had with us. The room was of good size and decent amenities. The staff is quite courteous and welcoming. They have breakfast option as well but we didn’t opt for that. They have luggage storage as well to keep it safe post check out or pre check in. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in time and they were very kind to keep our room ready and let us have the room as an early check in. Highly recommend the accommodation. The only feedback is on AC which seems to switch on but didn’t seem to work as needed. The room wasn’t hot anyway so we didn’t bother to request assistance hence I would give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps we may have not pressed some specific buttons or I am sure they would have helped if we asked for it.

Business like style of hotel and rooms. Reception is comfortable and loaded with info. Lifts to rooms. Bath sink on the outside of shower room. Street is lined with cafes and restaurants. Tram is under 1 minute away. Best aspect is its location - only 5 minutes from Zurich main train station.
