We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Storchen Zürich – Lifestyle Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful, especially with our kids. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were beautiful, well-appointed, and perfect for our stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zurich with stunning views and easy access to everything. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the special touches. The team did something incredibly thoughtful to celebrate both our anniversary and our daughter’s first birthday, which meant so much to us. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such personal care. A beautiful property with exceptional service—we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a memorable stay in Zurich.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location with extraordinary staff. First class experience that's worth the money. From check-in to check-out, the level of service was exceptional. Special shout out to the concierges we encountered. Extremely helpful and in one instance, getting us a reservation at a very popular restaurant at the last minute and then walking us to the restaurant to make certain we were seated. In short: top flight hotel operation. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the rooms are well appointed with every luxury and comfortable beds, and we loved having breakfast by the river every morning. I cannot recommend the Storchen Zurich highly enough!

Walking along the Limmat River, I came across this lovely outdoor setting and had to make a stop to admire such beautiful view. Ordered a well-made Mimosa, the breathtaking riverside scenery was definitely the highlight. Service was courteous. Would definitely consider to stay in this hotel in my next Zurich trip. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Storchen Zürich during a solo business trip and was truly impressed. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Zürich, yet peaceful with beautiful views over the Limmat River.The room was elegant, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after meetings. The high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities made working from the room effortless.Service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. Breakfast by the river was a wonderful way to start each day — fresh, beautifully presented, and in a serene setting.Overall, Storchen Zürich combines classic Swiss charm with modern comfort. I’ll definitely choose it again for future business trips.

Thankful beyond words for this hotel. After a difficult time with Mandarin Oriental Savoy I stumbled upon this property. From the start their professionalism, accommodation, attention to detail was far and above what I experienced with Mandarin. I feel it necessary to say as this seems to be a property that deserves a lot more kudos! Amazing rooftop bar, attentive staff, accommodating staff without any air of pretentious or stuffiness. A new go to.

Beautiful hotel, located in a great area! Rooms are amazing, views are great, staff was friendly and helpful. Even gave us a thanking gift for staying at the hotel. The restaurant La Rotisserie was absolutely delicious and would recommend to any one even if not a guest of the hotel.

Great location, beautiful rooms, one of the best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff was friendly. We also had dinner at their 1* restaurant - the food was absolutely stunning, interesting and worthy of a star. However, the service was lacklustre. Initially when we were seated there were like 5 minutes of nothingness. Definitely not a Michelin standard (having said that, other staff members here were absolutely brilliant and grabbed up the lack of ‘service’ so to speak.) Furthermore, the in house cigar bar is absolutely beautiful and has a tasty selection of spirits and drinks!
