Super clean room and quiet. The AC was wonderful given the heat of summer. Also the receptionist was super friendly! Also, Google maps told us we are 40-50 minutes walk from the city center. Nope, more like 30 (edge of city center) because it does not see the zebra over the roundabout and it sends you the long way round. We walked it at night and it was pretty safe (would not do it alone as a woman but together with a guy is all good). If you prefer an Uber tho, it was 8 euros for us going to the center.

Very disappointing experience so far. We are currently staying in room 319, and the room has a very strong smell of damp and humidity, especially in the bathroom. The smell is so intense that it is extremely uncomfortable to stay here, particularly with our two very young children, aged 1 and 3. We have contacted reception twice and asked to change rooms, but we were simply told that there are no other rooms available. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered. We paid €100 for this room, and we find the situation unacceptable. We understand that the hotel may be fully booked, but we expected at least some effort to find a solution, especially when travelling with very young children. We are still staying here tonight, and unfortunately our experience so far has been very disappointing, both because of the condition of the room and the lack of customer service.

The hotel looks like fleshly upgraded. Clean rooms. Quiet. Good air conditioning. Fast wi-fi. Big parking that seems to be secure (however do not leave anything valuable in the car). Friendly, 24/7, staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.|If we come again to Alsace we certainly book a room in this hotel.

Good hotel on outskirts of Colmar, clean room of decent size, individual AC work excellent, location is 10 minutes by bus D, busstop is 5 minutes walk. It’s convenient to have a microwave where you can warm up carrefour traiteur meals if you’re on a budget, breakfast was basic, staff very friendly

Close to the airport but I have not heard a plane, either of the two times I stayed there. The hotel is a short in drive to restaurants in Colmar, and also in close proximity to the smaller towns in the vineyards. Breakfast is good value.

Great value for money. The receptionist Yavuz was very welcoming.He gave us all the information,we asked, very helpful, very polite. The rooms were clean and the location is 5 mins with car to the center.
