Response from the property
Dear Dora, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your reservation, I would like to clarify that the room you booked was indeed one of our Classic PMR rooms, which are fully described and illustrated with photos on our official website. The room you were assigned matches exactly the category you selected at the time of booking, including the configuration of the window. I understand that the layout may not have suited you, but we always ensure that the information shown online is accurate and transparent. During your stay, the hotel was fully booked, which unfortunately made it impossible for our team to offer an alternative room. I am sorry if this could not be explained to you in a more attentive manner. Regarding your request for wine glasses, please note that our bar is open every day until 11 pm, and we are always happy to provide glasses during its opening hours. I am sincerely sorry if this service was not offered to you as it should have been. Even if your experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we aim to provide, I thank you for your comment, as it helps us improve. I hope you will give us the opportunity to offer you a smoother and more pleasant stay in the future. Warm regards, Stéphane Rousset General Manager – Hôtel Beauséjour Colmar www.beausejour.fr

You can also explore the Vieille ville de Colmar, a 14-minute walk, for more dining options. The hotel's cafe is another convenient spot for a bite.
The hotel sits in a peaceful residential area, yet Colmar's historic centre is just a short walk away. The Collégiale Saint-Martin de Colmar and Église des Dominicains are each a 12-minute walk, adding to the old-town charm. You can also join a Christmas Market Tour from Colmar if you are visiting in season. For a relaxed evening, the hotel's terrace is a pleasant spot to unwind.
