Firstly, the staff were all soooo lovely, friendly and welcoming! 😊 Our room was beautifully clean, the bed was really comfortable and we loved the little extras , coffee machine and pods, complimentary water and a welcome drink. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. The only thing I would mention is that our room was quite small, especially travelling with two large suitcases . we really had nowhere to put them except on the floor. But honestly, that’s partly on us as we should have checked the room size when booking! 🫣 Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would happily recommend it. ❤️

I loved staying in this hotel. Huge, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Excellent air conditioning. A great breakfast. Various little extras. Just a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the old town. I would 100% stay there again.

This hotel, located just one block from the old town, is attractive, well air-conditioned, very clean and offers a fantastic breakfast buffet. It is also ideal for families since it has cribs, cots and a well-supplied (with crayons, markers, coloring pages, puzzles, games and a rocking horse) children’s area in the lobby. We have stayed there twice and hope to stay there again!

The carpark is nearby. Supermarket close to hotel. Walking 15 minutes reach little Venice and old town. Provide coffee capsule in room, good to me as I is practicing 16/8 eating. Good value for money. Staff are friendly.

From the moment we walked in the door the front staff were on point. Came out to show us where to park and gave us local suggestions for Alsace wine and foods. |The room was very comfortable and clean. AC worked perfectly and was quiet. The towels were thick, bed was comfortable, slippers and a mini fridge with complimentary water were provided. Amazing value for the price. Right behind the hotel, conveniently, was a supermarket to grab a bottle of wine or snacks and a very short distance away was the old town. I would definitely stay again.

We recently spent five nights at the James Boutique Hotel, and it literally could not have been better for us. It's located on a quiet corner within easy walking distance of everything one wants to visit in Colmar. The room was comfortable and (by European standards) spacious, the plentiful buffet-style breakfasts fine. Housekeeping was great, too. When we needed the staff to arrange something, they did it efficiently and well. Plenty of space for our clothing and extras, and a decent value. We had a great time in Colmar and the hotel was one of the primary reasons. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed two nights at this boutique in Colmar and loved our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and the location was just a short walk to the beautiful Old Town. Underground hotel parking looked a little tight to access but we managed to park outside by the supermarket car park instead for free. We would highly recommend this hotel and stay again.
