It has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

Our favourite hotel during our Summer trip to Europe. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The aircon and lifts were a welcome relief. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for a short walk to town and bus to and from the station.

Really great value hotel in centre of Colmar. Spacious clean and modern room with balcony and very handy kitchenette. Just 5 minute walk from beautiful old town of Colmar. Also has pool however we didn't use. Plenty of parking for a small extra fee. Highly recommend if your looking for good value with great location and parking.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Safe. Rooms bigger than most French hotels. Great location. Has a pool. Serves breakfast ($). Has parking but full when we arrived. Bonus: go to Feuillette Boulangerie nearby. What a bakery. Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Prepare for a line up / queue.

Two nights stay. First night two fire alarm. All fire blocking door in walkway are blocked. Very hard to open.front desk say is neighbor That all they say. No sorry no apologies. Last day breakfast is bad. Worker cannot keep up. It’s a chaos. We are not happy to stay in this hotel. It’s a bad experience.

I enjoyed the swimming pool, the rooms were clean and the service was also great. Every single hotel I went to in switzerland and austria and other countries, they gave the room before 3.00. luckily the person at the reception gave us the room at 2.15. the rest was fine.

I strongly advise against booking at Appart'Hôtel Odalys City Colmar La Rose d'Argent. We had a trip planned for early January, but our airline unilaterally changed our return flight, moving it to the morning of the 5th instead of the 6th. This made it physically impossible for us to stay at the hotel for our booked night (Jan 5-6). Even though we contacted the hotel more than a month in advance and provided official documentation proving this was a case of "Force Majeure" (unpredictable and outside our control), they flatly refused to refund us. They claim that their "non-refundable" policy stands above French Civil Law (Article 1218), showing zero professional ethics or empathy. By notifying them 30 days early, they had plenty of time to resell the room, yet they chose to keep our money for a service they know we cannot use. If you value customer service and fair treatment, look elsewhere in Colmar. There are plenty of other options that actually respect their guests and the law. Edit to respond their comment: Those terms and conditions are nullable as soon as they are above the law. I repeat again, my reason not to be able to go to the hotel is under the article 1218 considered Force Majeure and this was provided to the hotel. I was not trying to cancel the hotel to go to a cheaper one or to go to my cousins birthday in which I would understand that you apply your terms and conditions for the non refundable rate. You are justifying that your terms and conditions are above the law which is illegal, and so be grateful I didn't go further suing you to the french authorities and I just exposed the kind of professionals you are here.

Made a quick trip to Colmar in March and stayed at this hotel. Small, clean lobby, attentive staff, great parking (lot attached to the hotel for about $15/night), pool and gym. Room was large and comfortable as was the well-equipped bathroom (makeup mirror and heater!). It was a suite that came with a fully equipped kitchen as well (sink, microwave, fridge, dishes and mini stove) and a small table and 2 chairs, as well as a small balcony. Very convenient for a 3-day stay. Best part of the stay was the location…10-15 min walk from Old Town and La Petite Venise with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Highly suggest this hotel, five stars!
