We had such a lovely time at the hotel! Everything about it made for a truly memorable stay. The location was just perfect, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent and the parks around the hotel were a peaceful place to relax and do lots of fun things. When it was hot, the spa was a real escape, offering a cool and relaxing place to unwind. Our dog especially loved the cosy little terrace outside our room, which made our stay even more special. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. They were so warm and attentive, especially during breakfast, which made us feel so welcome. And the Entrecôte, it was just so good! a highlight that we will never forget.

An absolutely exceptional hotel, a very short walk from the old town and Petite Venise. The staff was professional and friendly, the included breakfast was excellent. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy the Michelin restaurant, but we did spend a wonderful spa day. The treatments were so-so, but the spa itself is modern and very relaxing. There is also a nice park on one side of the hotel, nice for a walk in the mornings. The staff at the lobby bar were accommodating and kept up with our requests each night while we were catching up after our days of sightseeing.

I stayed in this hotel with my parents (who are in their 80s) and my husband. It is a very modern hotel so its architecture stands out from the rest of the beautiful buildings of Colmar. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Huge thanks to the brilliant concierge - Anne Sophie. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was hardworking, accommodating, thoughtful and caring! A true example of an excellent concierge. She constantly thought of everything for my parents comfort and mobility constraints. She knew all the most excellent restaurants to recommend and made bookings in advance. I can’t speak more highly of Anne Sophie! The hotel has very limited food options and on certain days it has no room service as well. Saying that my mother was unwell on one of the days and they managed to kindly make her a salad. All in all I would recommend this hotel for its location. Very central and easy to walk everywhere from here.

I stayed at L’esquisse Colmar for one night while traveling back to Belgium, and I was very impressed with the hotel. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Colmar on foot. The hotel is right next to a lovely park, and it was very convenient to walk around and enjoy the city. I also absolutely loved the bathroom amenities! I can’t remember the brand, but they were so nice that I would definitely buy them for myself if I knew what they were. 😊 Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect, staff, cleanliness, facilities, even extending to the quality of bedding and mattress, the Spa everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Rita looked after us and was lovely, very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help us. This is a genuinely special hotel, it's difficult to get all aspects to the same very high standard but at this hotel they seemed to have succeeded. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Stayed here three nights. A poor standard 5* hotel. Even dining room closed for dinner|The spa is very poorly run. Lots of staff but not focused on customer experience |Poor quality welcome to spa. Not offered towels or waterproof shoes. Had to request them|Shower shampoos not refilled overnight. Used towels not removed by staff after people leave. Lazy un motivated staff with poor supervision |While a newish hotel, maintenance issues all over the place, loose door handles. Loose tiles in shower area outside Sauna |Concierge Anna Sophia very helpful. Overall not a 5* experience in a Accor Hotel. Damages the brand

★★★★★ I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The artwork throughout the property is absolutely stunning and gives the hotel such a unique and elegant atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was so attentive, warm, and welcoming. Honestly some of the nicest hotel staff I have encountered in France. A truly memorable stay and I would happily return.

We stayed for 4 nights in June, in the middle of the recent heatwave. The rooms were lovely, great space and room to spread out. The A/C was perfect, greatly appreciated during 100'F days. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast- and the lunchtime snacks at the bar were perfect. The staff is lovely and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The only thing that was a little awkward was the separate WC without a sink, it was a little challenging walking to the WC and then back to the bathroom to wash hands in a dark room in the middle of the night. The bathroom was so spacious and the best rain head shower ever! Lovely pool and spa too, wish we were able to stay here longer....we'll be back again!
