I had a wonderful stay at Wonder Resort Dalat! The resort is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and offers a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely views of the gardens and lake. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food, and the entire property was well maintained. I especially enjoyed walking around the resort in the cool Da Lat weather. It's an excellent place for couples, families, or anyone looking to escape the busy city. Highly recommend Wonder Resort Dalat for an unforgettable stay, and I would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at the resort. The staff was very humble and polite. We stayed for 3 nights and were given room upgrade also. The villas amd thelake view made our stay quite memorable. We are leaving with wonderful memories. Will visit the resort again.

Location:|Located along the Tuyen Lam Lake which is accessible by taxi, private cars as well as free schedule shuttle services provided by the resort with prior bookings. The resort is fronting the lake and consist of villas / chalets.| |Reception:|Large reception hall which also houses the resorts restaurant and swimming pool. Had ample sitting areas and a welcome drink was provided. Check in and check out was straight forward and the receptionist was courteous and had a moderately good command of English. The concierge was ever present to handle your luggage and usher you to your respective rooms. Room Experience:|Booked a deluxe lake view room and was ushered to a villa which consists of 6 separate rooms. Allocated a room in the lower floor of the 2 storey villa. It was located away from the main building hence requiring a buggy.|The room size was relatively big and had a big balcony overlooking the lake. However, the bed was two super single beds combined and not a true single ‘double’ bed. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable. We were only provided two pillows but a request for additional pillows was granted with no fuss. Linens were clean. Sleep quality was acceptable.|The room also came with a dressing table with a single chair and a portable fan. There was also an electric heater.|The odd thing was that there was no additional plug for the kettle in the room and we had to use the plug in the toilet to boil water. At the same time, the portable fan was pretty noisy. The bathroom was clean spacious and had a bathtub but no shower cubicle. Thus, one must be careful when climbing in and out of the bathtub. There was also no nonslip mats or a non-slip rug to reduce the risk of slipping.|Shower was otherwise normal with uninterrupted hot water supply. The usual basic toiletries were provided. Wifi was strong and no password was required. Facilities:|Did not use the swimming pool that was in the main building or the gym that was located at the fringe of the resort. However, did enjoyed the complimentary pickleball courts that were available to their guests from 6am to 5pm. Those who are keen to play after 5pm would need to pay a fee. In addition, one has to rent their paddle and balls for 100k VND.| |Food:|A restaurant is located on the main building which provides food. Set dinner packages are available. The complimentary breakfast that come with the stay was ordinary with a spread of local, western and Chinese fare. Overall, a pretty decent stay with complimentary pickleball to spend your time.

Such amazing place! It’s exactly Wonderful Dalat. The view from your room looks like you are somewhere in Switzerland or in Europe. Good service. Good room. And for people who lives in Asia long time, you will find a bathtub! You may take a bath with nice view 😉 A lot of different attraction at the hotel and near it. Highly recommended!

❌ Do not stay here if service, organization and decent food matter to you 🤡 Even in a five-star hotel, you may be given the wrong shuttle location, which can leave you at night in a dark area without proper coordination. 🚌 The staff handles problems unprofessionally. We stood for 40 minutes at night in a cold forest area, trying to sort out the shuttle situation, only to be told that nobody would come to pick us up and that we had to take a Grab at our own expense. Getting a Grab outside the city late at night was not easy. After this situation, our sense of safety and trust in the staff was completely lost. 🍽️ Restaurant service is weak: waiters ignore guests, and communication in English is almost non-existent. 🍰 Afternoon tea (for an extra charge) was a disappointment: very slow service, no decoration or presentation like in the advertising. You are simply served a teapot and food that feels like breakfast leftovers — cheap and low-quality pastries. 🥘 The food in the restaurant in general is very mediocre. Breakfasts are not tasty and absolutely not at a five-star level. Because of the food quality and service, we decided not to have dinner at the restaurant at all and went into the city instead, even though I am personally not a picky eater. Pros: ⛰️ The room itself was genuinely beautiful — comfortable mattress and a nice view. It is clear that the территория is well maintained. 🎡 The staff in the amusement park area were polite and friendly, and we truly enjoyed spending the day there. The team there did their job well. Unfortunately, the hotel staff and overall service completely ruined the experience. The staff tried to apologize and offer compensation, but we refused. I was very stressed and cried in the cold forest. Money and handouts will not bring me back to peace. My vacation was completely ruined. I don’t think we would want to come back despite the beautiful scenery. It is better to visit only for the park during the day.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation at Dalat Wonder Resort as a couple in November. The resort is located just a 20-minute ride from the city center, and we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic motorcycle journey. We stayed in a villa with a breathtaking lake view. Upon arrival, when the porter opened the door, we were instantly captivated by the stunning scenery before us. In the distance, a lush green mountain range embraced the serene waters of Tuyền Lâm Lake. The balcony doors were wide open, allowing the refreshing mountain air to sweep through, and at that moment, I knew the premium price we paid was well justified. The room's amenities were exactly what you'd expect from a 4-star resort, including a well-equipped bathroom featuring a charming tub positioned under a window that offered views of the European-inspired village. During our stay, we dined on delicious congee hotpot and grilled local fish known as surgeon, paired with garlic fried rice. The surgeon is a specialty of Đà Lạt, and the flavorful garlic rice was a delightful complement. Breakfast was a buffet with a nice variety, perfect for the limited number of guests on weekday mornings. As a coffee enthusiast, I had hoped for a bit more in terms of coffee quality, but overall, the food was quite enjoyable. Under the cool, pleasant weather and fresh air of Đà Lạt, we took leisurely strolls around the village, delighting in visits to strawberry fields and vibrant flower-lined paths. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming throughout our stay. For those who prefer not to walk, an electric shuttle service is readily available with just a phone call. I wholeheartedly look forward to returning to Dalat Wonder Resort for another memorable vacation in the future!

There are just a few large resorts located around Tuyen Lam lake and I decided on staying at Wonder Da Lat mainly due to the newer rooms (some were refurbished in recent years) and the more charming lakeside location, compared to the others. (1) Location/Room: Very large resort with numerous villas built on different level of slopes facing the lake. Each villa building contains several rooms over 2 or 3 floors. Those villas on higher grounds and furthest away from the reception building are updated with new furniture whereas those closest to the lake/jetty look somewhat drab and dull. All these villas do not have lifts but the plus point is they all have calming view of the lake/gardens. I chose to stay in a new 5-storey block just beside the reception building (where the restaurant and pool are located at) and I love it there! This building has a lift and looks very new and inviting. My Deluxe room (high floor) has a splendid balcony view of the greenery below and the tranquil lake. Room is spotless and all the equipment (room heater, shower, hairdryer, kettle, large TV) is new and works perfectly.|(2) Staff/Service: Staff are enthusiastic and very helpful – what a joy to have such a welcoming hotel experience! Buffet breakfast is varied and abundant – some good, some average. There is a twice daily return shuttle to the city but I find the drop-off point inconvenient as you’ll have to walk for 20-30 minutes from the shuttle drop-off point to reach the centre (eg Da Lat market or Lam Vien Square) for food and shopping.|(3) Amenities: There’s a gym, pool and spa and while I was there, I noticed workers in the midst of completing building works on a couple of tennis courts. There's also a small hotel vegetable/strawberry farm at one section of the resort. Snacks and bottled drinks can be bought in the hotel’s minimart (drinking water here is sold at double the city price). Several buggies are always ready to ferry guests to different parts of the resort or if you are fit and enjoy walking, it’s a nice stroll to get from one end to the other end of the resort (probably 15 to 20 minutes of leisurely walk in the cool weather – about 18-19 degrees Celsius during sun-rise/sun-set hours in early Nov).|Highly recommended if you appreciate beautiful nature, tranquility, cleanliness, various amenities and great hospitality!
